Once they were done, they went over everything with me and asked if I had any questions. Iām very happy with my service! Booking my service was also very easy and they came out so quickly.
Landon was great. Got the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Our heat went out and it was 22 degrees. Back up and running in an hour. He checked everything and installed a new thermostat for us. Highly recommended.

Called this place to get my HVAC inspected due to the house 2021 unit no longer cooling. Operator said it would cost $82 for an inspection. Rep came in the next day to advise the reverse valve needed replacement and costing $2,700. Rep said to check if any parts were under warranty and charged me $96 because $82 was for folks signed up for the membership. Did not like the lack of transparency there. Then, when I called back to advise the parts were under warranty, an operator told me my rep would contact me and he never did. I found a different gentleman that was able to change the part, put new fluid, and dehumidify the unit for $900. I suppose that when you call a company this big, the job will take care of, but be ready to pay a premium and small writing.
Our AC unit went out and Donelson Air was quick to come out. Chuck was able to quickly to identify the problem and had great customer service skills. We ended up needing a new unit and Dustin Duger was able to come out and give us all of our options to get it replaced the same day.
Will Reyes came out and serviced our HVAC system before putting our house on the market. He was thorough and had great communication. We needed a follow up scheduled which he did on the spot. Highly recommend.
