Christopher did really good troubleshooting a fried condenser contactor, certainly faster than I could have. Got the life support system (air-conditioning) back functioning in time for the summer warmth. Kudos.
We woke up to our home being 55 degrees and called to make an appointment. We are part of their membership program and pay a small fee quarterly in order to have expedited service and routine maintenance checks. Tim arrived within an hour of us calling and was very helpful in explaining what the issue was and resolving it efficiently. He explained our options well.
The technician, Nick, was on time, courteous, and professional. He completed the maintenance in about an hour and reviewed his findings and suggestions with me. I’ve been working with Donelson Air for several years and I’m pleased with the service.

The service was great! The men that came out were very professional and did a great job showing and explaining what needed to be replaced. Should be 5 stars because of them. However, whoever is in the billing department is terrible. I paid for the service, in full, the day it was completed which was mid-November. Since then, I have received 5 letters from them claiming my bill is past due. Each time I get a letter I call and explain to them the bill has been paid and have emailed them a copy of the receipt showing it was paid. Every time I call, they say they show the account paid & state I will not receive any more letters, yet I do. The 2nd to most recent letter came from a collection agency stating that my account with them is past due, which starts messing with my credit score. I, yet again, called them and they claimed it was a mistake & promised I would not receive any more letters stating my account was past due. Guess what?! I received another letter, lucky me. The woman I spoke to on a Saturday stated no one in the billing department was in but she would leave a message for them to call me back on Monday. Monday rolled around and no call. I figure I might as well wait for letter # 6 before calling again, because it would probably be a waste of time calling again before then. Maybe leaving a detailed negative review will get them to fix the problem. I will not be using their services any longer due to the headache from the incompetent billing department, which is a shame because of how great the people who come out to help are.

I was able to schedule an appt. online this weekend, they e-mailed a confirmation almost immediately and today Eric and Drew came by, right on time, to fix and service my Furnace. Both were very professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. My only regret is that I didn't use them a few years ago to replace my HVAC units. But, from now on I'm calling Donelson!
Great service from Chris and Brad. Scheduled maintenance as part of my service plus membership, added fan and coil cleaning, even had them install a UV dual light system. They did fantastic and meticulous work. Kudos to them both, they deserve raises!
