DO NOT USE ARS to rescue anything at your home. My Story:
I needed a new furnace unit for my downstairs. Called ARS because I was enticed at a local Hardware store to use ARS. Installers came by to install the unit, friendly guys but in the process the contractors destroyed my attic ladder, improperly installed the unit and now, a year later after many "service calls & charges" want to charge me an additional $1400.00 to fix a bad install job. The epitome of shady contractors

ARS IS HORRIBLE, Bought HVAC through home depot, it goes through ARS.Had issues from day 1, still having issues, 10 year free parts, but 1800.00 for their labor, Their motto, if you're not happy, we will make it right, All lies, time for legal help

Whole house drain system clogged. The only company that offered same day service. Not too timely but I was overjoyed to see him. Service main very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will use this service again in the future.

I was charged $400 for regular Thermostat. I ask for the manager but, I was told he would call me.That never happened. I wouldn't recommend ARS TO NOBODY, Yes all caps. Don't buy A/C unit from them.
