Our salesman Elton has been awesome, mitigating a scheduling error that stopped us from going on vacation. The two technicians Justin and Bichu went above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us, working on July 3 until 10pm and Justin came back on the 4th of July to finish up. Overall, I would give them 4 stars with the only demerit being the schedulers.

The tech Michael came out and alleviated an issue with my ac condensation lines being tied in with my water heater drain line pan. He did a great job in a timely manner that was very impactful for me as a customer. Especially since a couple competitors refused or did not know how to do the work. Thanks Michael!!!

Our ac went out yesterday, June 16 2023, so I called and within the same night they sent a specialist to take a look. The specialist arrived on time, was polite, professional and quick to solve the problem. Everything was smooth and fast. It was kind of an expensive fix, but worth it to have ac in this hot summer! I ended up paying a total of $830 for parts and labor, anything more and I would have considered a new unit all together.

Beware of their HVAC sales approach - I had one of two AC Condenser units go out, called ARS from a flier in the mail, and they came out right away. Showed pictures of multiple "problems" and estimated over $3800 just to repair existing unit, and $13K to do all recommended work. As an engineer myself, I knew much of what they said was bogus. I got a second opinion, replaced a capacitor & hosed off fan - minor repairs, and the unit was working again - for $334. I called the manufacturer to get more information and data on my unit - should last another 10 years. I don't trust ARS - beware of their sales BS.

The only reason that I chose 4 stars is due to Tech not arriving until after 5pm and I was scheduled for 8am-12pm. Not his fault. Isaiah was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I will continue to do business with ARS.

The tech Ronnie did a great job providing customer service and fixing the AC issue we were having. ARS had someone out within a few hours of calling for service, great experience.

I called ARS at 1:00 PM on a Sunday when one of my HVAC units stopped cooling. In between calling them and someone showing up, my second HVAC unit also went out. Ben from ARS showed up at my house at 6:00 PM, quickly diagnosed 2 part failures, replaced both parts, verified everything, and had me back up and running comfortably within an hour. ARS and Ben provided great service, they were timely, professional, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend using them to anyone in a similar jam.

My cooling fan was not running on my AC unit so I called this company and service men came out take a look at my unit and told me my cooling fan motor is not running for that going to cost me $2000 to replace which years motor only cost $150 between $180. but his recommendation was replacing whole entire unit so I set up the appointment but meantime I receive a call from friend telling me unit is old but it’s fine. Just a capacitor is bad so he replace it just a cost of part this salesman was giving me a speech, but I do not think I will ever use this company again,

My unit still not cooling to my desired temperature. Gave no explanation as to why others than its working. If I want it 68 in my home it should get to 68 within 10 minutes. Always did in the past and now it will not get close. Only 80 outside and this guy didn't care much to get what I wanted done. He only wanted to upsell on a surge protector. Here I am a day later after another service and still hot AF inside.

This is the WORST company we have ever made a purchase through. We had an entirely NEW hvac system installed LESS THAN 3 months ago and this is the SECOND time we have had it stop working and had to call for someone to come out here. First time: the installation crew got the wires backwards so while on cool it was heating my entire house to a lovely 90 degrees so my children and dogs could be miserable. Company came and “fixed” it. Here we are today and my system isn’t running at all and again my house is a nice 90 degrees and everyone to include my daughter who has RESPIRATORY issues and overheats easily is having to sit here and be hot and miserable while we wait for the repair people to get here. Mind you when my husband called they asked him if we needed someone today.. um yes!! Why else would we call?! Then we were given a 5 hour time slot from 12-5pm.. as I type this it is 5:55 pm and we were JUST informed they’d be here in 45 minutes. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! There’s ZERO reason a BRAND NEW INSTALL should not be working for the SECOND time in less than 3 months and there’s ZERO reason we are given a 5 HOUR time slot just to have to wait another HOUR if we’re lucky!!! I wish we would have never used this awful company and I’d love for them to refund us our money for this busted system and awful customer service!!! So much for their “customer guarantee” 🙄🙄
