Logan was my maintenance tech. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained in detail, what to expect during his call. Also, explained my smart thermostat.

Alfred Roach did our service on our AC unit to get ready for summer. This was our first appointment using ARS. Alfred explained everything he was going to do and supplied photos to assure us we were good to go. We joined the ARS monthly program to take care of our house. If you have not tried ARS I urge you to give them a try. ARS you have a great employee.

Quickly cleared my drain once they arrived. Would have liked an update when they missed my appointment window. I know other jobs might take longer than expected, but a notification would have been nice. Reasonable price for my service!

I noticed there was water in my storage room coming from the water heater. So I called the number on my invoice from 2019. They were very polite on the phone and told me someone would be at my house today. He called an hour ahead and showed up on time. He fixed the problem, and was gone within about an hour.
