The two gentlemen that came and installed my package unit was very professional and proficient with the installation. They came did the job explained everything that they did and what they found needed to be done I was very pleased with the installation would recommend again and again . The salesman Larry that came out for my consultation was very clear and knowledgeable about what he was presenting to me . They came the next day and installed my unit and I’m well pleased!

I was connected with ARS through Google Nest. The repairman spent about three hours at my condo but could not figure out the issue. He assumed it was something with the wires but said ARS was unable to fix it, then proceeded to charge me $110. The repairman was very nice but his phone didn’t work and he kept locking himself out of the building, leaving my unit without telling me where he was going and proceeding to lock himself out. Overall the experience was exhausting and my problem wasn’t fixed, and I’m frustrated that I spent money to have my time wasted

I scheduled an AC Tune-Up inspection with a 12-5pm window but as I sat waiting ARS Rescue Rooter called to cancel. We rescheduled for the following day but this time they NO-SHOWED, and didn't even call. Because they then lowered the price to $29, I rescheduled again, but once again NO-SHOW and no call! They assured me they would fix this problem so I again rescheduled twice more. Same result, NO-SHOW, NO CALL! ARS RESCUE ROOTER FAILED TO SHOW UP FOR 5 CONSECUTIVE APPOINTMENTS! Avoid them at all costs!!!

I will never use your services again. When I called to book the appointment the girl told me it would be $109 per hour. When the technician arrived today, he said it would be $300. After I complained about the price, he called his boss and they lowered the price to $175. This is still $66 higher than the original price. Also, the girl on Saturday didn't even mention that it would be $200 if ARS provided the new faucet. Luckily I had purchased one. So, this could have cost me $500. Holt Plumbing was willing to come and install it for $159. And they were also very upfront about their price. I was told that the manager would call to discuss this and no one has called. I would like to know ARS's hourly rate for repairs. On Saturday when I made the appointment, no one mentioned anything about a 47 minute kitchen faucet installation costing $300-$500. This also was a 9AM, Monday appointment. This was not an overtime price.

It's been approximately 6 months now since I completely replaced the AC internal and external unit of my house. Spent 13k on it in total. I had about 7 services visits with a same repeating installation issue. Spent the night on a 35 degree faranheit because they did not have a tech available to come and help me. All this to say that don't trust what they are guaranteeing you and find a better company. They will not install it their products the right way.

03/03/2023, The issues I had were finally addressed.
Management team (Two Vikings
Looking dudes) came and fixed everything. It's been more than a month and I'm not having the same issues anymore. Overall, I'm just glad it's working.

After noticing water dripping from my Heating and AC unit,
I contacted ARS. The technician Magar diagnosed the problem and explained the procedures quite clearly. He did a 'condensate drain line cleaning',which indeed solved the problem. Mr. Magar was very professional, and quite knowledgeable regarding his work.

Sewer Water indoors - they found a clog. They checked all the toilets, sinks, and outside, etc. They were very professional. They answered all my questions. The appointment was kept from start to finish. The competition never showed up and I'm so glad they didn't.

ARS said new AC compressor was necessary at cost of $5,240, or they could perform $700 repair with no guarantees it would work. A local company gave a second opinion. It was merely the capacitor and they fixed the AC for less than $300. I will never call ARS again.
