I called using the coupon for 83$ because of a stopped up toilet. It said if they weren’t able to fix the problem is would be free. They could not find the clean out, was going to charge me the service call out fee (which they never mentioned on the phone ) plus the 83$!! I am a single mom, and I felt extremely taken advantage of.

When contacting ARS, I request the $109 diagnostic service for my HVAC system. The customer representative promised that no work would be done without an estimate and my approval before any repairs were done. Once the technician arrived he ran a diagnostic on my outside unit. After running his diagnosis he told me that I had a bad thermostat and he was going to give an estimate but then he wanted to look at the air handler in my crawl space. At this point no estimates were given and when he returns he presented a bill for $480. I did not approve for any repairs to be carried out. He was in the crawl space for 15 minutes. I have called three times to speak to management. Finally I get connected with one manger and they promise to call back after the weekend but no returned call. I will never recommend ARS to anyone.

I've called repeatedly after receiving this number and no one returns calls...

Called my regular service provider and they said sorry we'll have to check to see when we can get you an appointment. I called ARS and rescue is right. They did they'd be there within two hours and the technician showed up when promised. The repair was completed in quick order and for less than I was expecting.
I think I've found my new HVAC service company.
I highly recommend ARS Rescue Rooter.

There's always a catch to these promos. Didn't even ask about the filter in wall. Service was quick & fast, quicker than in the past. Hoping everything is ok as was stated. And, there's always something else they try to sale which I will check around to see if I actually need a power surge protection.
