Great people, they are pleasant on the phone, have competitive pricing and do a really good job. Michael came out and in less than 20 minutes he had my system back up and running again.
I scheduled an appointment with them for 2 days later. On the day, they never came and said they didn't have it on the books. When the technician came out, he told us that the refrigerant was was "a buck fifty a pound". This is not language that should be used with laymen when you mean one hundred and fifty. When we asked how many pounds it would be be and how much the total would be, he said "don't worry, I'll take care of you!" He went out back, and we thought maybe he was coming back with an estimate. Instead he came back with a receipt for 600 dollars. 2 weeks later, the air conditioning is broken again. Anyway, now we are going to be stuck with a massive bill on top of the 600 that we paid two weeks ago. They should have just fixed the problem the first time instead of stringing us along.
We unfortunately used this company as they were advertised on Carrier's residential site. On the initial visit, we were advised that our TXV valve had gone out on our 1 year old unit. We were quoted $485 onsite for the labor. After waiting 40+ days to find the TXV valve, the technician replaced the part and we wer charged $680 without any communication. On top of that, the technician advised the compressor unit was bad and that Wes, "the only person allowed to give quotes", advised we're looking at another $1300-1400 for labor and fees. A second company came out and advised there was not a single problem to be found in the compressor unit (and advised even if there was, they would only charge $600). My girlfriend and I have both called and complained to simply get a copy of the invoice of the original work order and to this point, ACS has refused to provide anything. Carol was very friendly and understanding but Kim is an absolute nightmare of incompetence and arrogance. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
They must have too much work, or are picky about who they work with as they stood me up last year, and again last week. They also had claimed to put me down for regular maintenance but never followed up. Don't offer to come 'this afternoon' if you can't, or at least call with an update. I won't be calling them back.

Air Conditioning Service has been great! We've used them for maintenance, installation, and repair! They've been great every time. Prompt responses, always willing to answer questions, the techs are all great, nothing to complain about!

This was the second time over 2 years that they've been to our house to give our ACs regular maintenance. Different people each time but both great service and great knowledge.
My sister suggested I call when I moved back to Nashville- have has 5 visits --3 maintenance / 2 service calls --old HVAC unit. They always come fast --within the day or next morning, guys are professional and explain exactly what they are doing. Work fast and seem as happy as I am when its not a major repair-- so far!! Reliability and great customer service are getting rarer. I appreciate their great service.
