If the techs work like they drive then you don't want them working on your unit! Driver was tailgating and weaving around rush hour morning almost stand still traffic. Then he decided to drive on the shoulder of the interstate to pass the stopped traffic. Again if that is how he works then your work will be rushed through and done sloppily and carelessly.

Our technician was pleasant & knowlegeable. Company and he called ahead. Good experience.
