This company went above and beyond the call of duty. They understood the urgency of our call, and despite being overbooked, still made time to stop by. The tech who arrived on site was very friendly and professional and his confidence and competence put me at ease. He had the tools and materials needed to do the job without any prior indication or diagnostics of the problem(s). He was quick to assess and act, came prepared and as a result, the job was completed, the unit fully operational within an hour of his arrival. He offered his opinions on some lesser issues that can be handled without formal HVAC training, empowering and educating the property management team on site to avoid costly repairs.

Air Conditioning Service, Inc replaced our split heat pump system after our old condenser unit failed. They were competitively priced and very knowledgeable. The team was clean and respectful of my home as they worked in it. I appreciated that David took the time to understand what I was looking for in a new system and presented me the options I was asking for without trying to up-sell me on things I didn't need. I would definitely call them again if I ever need HVAC service in the future.

After purchasing my condo in the fall of 2015, my AC went out in the summer of 2016. After working with Air Conditioning Service, Inc. on the repair and seeing their transparency, professionalism & thoroughness with an uninformed home owner, I signed up for their seasonal maintenance program and have used them ever since. They even found an issue with the pan the maintenance after the 2016 repair and unsure if it was caused by them or damaged before, they took ownership and fixed it as if it was. I was shocked, but they stand behind their service and are honest with home owners. Their pricing is fair for the level of service you receive. Their technicians have all been well trained and dedicated to the company they work for.

We've had to call 3 times now for different service requests. We've never before had a similar company that we fully trusted, but these guys are awesome. Their techs are extremely polite and knowledgeable. We've had same day service everytime and usually within a couple hours (even for an emergency on a weekend). Prices were very reasonable for what we were quoted. 5 star service for sure.

Charged $99 for someone to come out and “diagnose” (look for 5 minutes and leave) then I end up getting a call about scheduling, without ever getting a invoice of how much it’s going to cost/how long it’ll take them to get the project done. When I asked to get a quote, the front office woman who took my call seem irritated and made me feel it was a inconvenience to ask. Called me back with a estimate but really couldn’t confirm what we were to be expected to pay. Sketchy. So we didn’t end up going with this company. There are plenty of good HVAC companies who take the time to go over options and the invoices with you, don’t charge to come and look, so no I don’t recommend this company.

Everyone knows how hard it can be to deal with HVAC. The lack of knowledge, the high costs...

I had Steven come out to quote me a replacement on a new HVAC unit, as I was being told i needed to replace my 2 year old HVAC that was having problems. I had 5 people come to the house and they all quoted me between $6500 and $10500, and then Steven rolls up like a boss, questions why it needs replacing, and within 15 minutes had my unit back up and running. He wouldn't even take cash. His kindness and willingness to problem solve my issue saved me so much money... I can't even begin to thank him enough.

I will be using these guys for any service and replacements in the future.
