We have used Air Conditioning Services, Inc. for approximately 15 years to provide summer/winter check up’s, maintenance and repairs to our residential HVAC system. This company is excellent. I have had them to my home several times for issues with my A/C. They are professional, knowledgeable and informative. Great organization. Responded quickly, got to the heart of the problem, repaired it and charged me a fair price. Very professional and friendly. Jaimie was my tech and he was fantastic. Highly recommend.

He found & fixed a safety concern. Very detailed guy. I did mention to him as well as several others about the water issue due to humidity in summer starting when we installed the system. I hope this will NOT be a problem later on. Many guys have tried to solve it.

Need help with your Air Conditioning unit? These are the guys to call. They show up on time, are extremely courteous, do excellent work, never try to sell you something you don't actually need, and their fees are reasonable. Jack, who serviced our unit today, told me the company never advertises. They simply rely on word of mouth from satisfied customers, and I can see why.

I don't normally post these kinds of things. But in this case, I can wholeheartedly say, go for the guys with the green trucks!

I called these guys in early May 2020 to cap a gas pipe in my girls’ room. Two guys came over to give me an estimate and were very honest about the work involved and upfront about the price. Because the job wasn’t too difficult, I ended up doing the work myself.

This morning, May 8th, 2020, a technician named Jack came over to help get the heat and A/C working efficiently (we moved in two weeks ago and haven’t needed to use the heat or A/C because of the mostly beautiful spring weather). It turns out that the burners weren’t igniting on the furnace and a cable was loose connecting the thermostat to the A/C unit, so neither was working. Jack fixes those things, checked the amperage on certain components and cleaned the coils. He was kind and helpful.

I highly suggest these guys.

I contacted ACS, Inc, at 7:05 am and was scheduled for an evaluation of my AC unit mid-morning. It had curtailed cooling the previous evening. About 15 min later, the company contacted me and said that, due to a cancellation, a technician could come first thing. He arrived about 1/2 hr later. Fortunately, a small electrical component had burned out. As he replaced it quickly and efficiently, the technician explained the function of the component and the probable cause of its demise. By 9am, our system was up and running. Amazing. This was the epitome of customer service!!

Technician came to my home to conduct Spring Maintenance well prepared, wearing a face mask and carefully opening doors with covered hands. Did a thorough check of unit and said that, even though it is an older unit, it is still working like a champ! He could of easily “sold” me on a new unit, but he was honest that unit was in good condition and to hold off on replacement.

My son was told by Hiller that he needed a new High Pressure Switch and that it would cost him $1000.00, so we call Air Conditioning Service, Inc. to come and give us a second opinion and they informed my Son that there was nothing wrong with his unit. This will be the only company I use in the future!

Occasionally you are lucky enough to find a truly outstanding company that stands behind their work. When this happens, as a business man, I believe they deserve recognition. Spring service was performed but a condensation tube was missed and we had enough water damage in our downstairs media room which required a built in cabinet to be removed and considerable carpet drying.
I believe most companies would just say "tough luck" you are on your own........Not Air Conditioning Services! They stepped up and took care of all expenses. They now have a life long customer
