Had a great experience with Nick C. on the replacement of the AC units in my apartment. He seemed knowledgable and provided several options but I didn't feel pressured on any upsell. He responded to my emails in a timely manner and he and his courteous team showed up on installation day on time. He took the time to explain the controls and any issues we may come across. After dealing with another rude and unresponsive AC dealer, Nick and Domestic Air was literally a breath of fresh air. Would highly recommend.

In the middle of a summer heat wave, I got my air conditioning unit back and repaired incredibly fast. My eternal thanks for a rapid fire turn around. My A/C is working perfectly again. Big thanks to Joe, Paul, and Eric.
