After searching all over NYC for a reputable Mitsubishi installer I was lucky to find Weston Bros. The job they did exceeded my expectations, Michael was very thorough in his evaluation and his team did an amazing job with the installation. Cant recommend highly enough!

Michael and his team installed a two zone hyper heat and cooling Mitsubishi split unit system throughout our entire house.

Michael was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He answered our many questions in a timely manner and was able to get our installation set up very quickly, despite the supply chain delays at the time. His rates were very fair and he was also able to arrange for an outside contractor to do beautiful masonry work on the area where our old through wall AC unit was removed.

The architecture of our old attached brick house made it particularly challenging to place the units, but Michael was very thoughtful and worked out a great placement plan for us. The installation team was efficient and cleaned up after themselves nicely. The office team is also wonderful to work with, including Al who is very helpful and pleasant to speak with on the phone.

We love our new Mitsubishi system and recommend Weston Bros very highly. It was a wonderful experience!

Weston Bros really came through for us, as we had as complicated a project as you can have. How do you install a ductless system in a house with concrete walls and a flat roof?

Michael designed a careful, smart plan. He came over a few times just to measure, assess, and make sure the plan was fool proof, it was.

Getting information/recommendations/pricing and scheduling the appointment couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. The installers, Alex and his assistant Sebastian, were on time, polite, knowledgeable, neat and professional. They did an excellent job and I am extremely happy with the service. It was money very well spent. This is the second time I have used Weston Brothers and they are an honest, reliable company. There is no pressure to up-sell. In fact, they are upfront and honest about the services you don't need. I can't say enough good things about them.

I had an awesome experience using this company. The installers showed up on time we’re very professional and kept me abreast of all that was going on outside while installing my AC unit. Michael was amazing I was going through a rough financial time with unexpected funeral costs and my boiler broke down at the same time. #2 A GREAT COMPANY CALLED “WINTER WOLF “located in Bklyn did a phenomenal job.
#3A 30k job over priced by at least 5000.00 undoubtedly to the sub contractor “ WESTON BROS“
#4 The woman in the WESTON BROS. office named Joan repeatedly lied to me about the terms of the NO interest Mitsubishi financing.
I was supposed to get 24 mos she told me no it’s 18. At one point it was 15 mos she was telling me 9 mos. Very dishonest person to say the least.
#5 The very same week I contacted WESTON BROS. I had also contacted “RICHAIR “ of Maspeth New York also a MITSUBISHI “ELITE”DIAMOND CONTRACTOR. It just so happens to be around the corner from my house and they quoted me a price with a written contract of 24 mos interest free. The next day WESTON BROS tells me it’s only 18 mos.
#5.5. So in the end I put down a 10,000.00 deposit. And instead of getting 24 months interest free with the payment being only 450 a month. WESTON BROS gave me only 18 months interest free which resulted in payments of 1,000.00 a month. Also my credit score was and still is well ABOVE 800. So in essence what happened was WESTON BROS. charged me 5,000.00 ABOVE others and in turn lowered the terms of the MITSUBISHI NO INTEREST FINANCING from 24 MOS TO 18 MOS. I must note that the owner MIKE is a very nice guy. And very knowledgeable!! It was ONLY the dishonesty on the FINANCIAL PART of this project that resulted in this review.
#6 GO with WINTER WOLF of Brooklyn NY Great company. That’s why and only why WESTON gets 1 star. Other than that I would stay away. They are way overpriced only to sub contract the work out and make an extra 5,000.00 finder fee for another company to do the job. If you are in New York go with WINTER WOLF of BROOKLYN NY ask for German he’s the owner of WINTER WOLF A nice HONEST guy. THIS BIT OF INFORMATION WILL SAVE YOU 5,000.00 I will be reporting to this practice to MITSUBISHI CORP.

I recently called for a service because my AC was leaking water outside. They showed up on time and cleaned out my unit so thoroughly that it looked new. They explained the problem, fixed it and my AC is as good as new. I highly recommend this company and ask for Kendall, he’s the best. Respectful and explains the steps and advises on how best to set your AC settings. They are now on my go to AC problem solvers. Bravo Weston Brothers.

We decided on Weston Bros. after getting estimates from other companies, and it was the correct decision. They lived up to my expectations by performing a timely and professional installation. Michael Weston was extremely helpful, informative and easy.to work with. He came.to my house and meticulously measured and advised on best installation and returned after completion to insure everything was in working order. He also has a Handyman that does all the extra finishing work (repairing siding, painting. patching holes in sheetrock and siding, removing radiators) that makes the entire job seamless. Joan Weston and the office were very helpful in coordinating all the scheduling.
