Weston Bro. responded my request very quickly. From evaluation and design, to old units’ removal and wall fixings, and to the completion of all installations, it just took 1.5 weeks. As I had five rooms to install ACs, I thought it would be a very complicated job and would take longer time. But they completed faster than I thought. The contractors, electricians and A/C technicians’ jobs are very neat. The outside pipes look like hidden into the background of exterior wall. Also they always tried to keep my rooms clean when digging holes, painting or installing anything on my wall. I barely needed to clean my rooms after they left. Now my family can stay cool even in the hottest days. We think our house is upgraded dramatically by those A/Cs.

Weston Bros exceeded my expectation for they did exceptional well for installing the HVAC unit system on a walk up 3rd floor apt. The job was neat and staff was conscientious to make sure things were done right. They were punctual to meet my request. In addition, they were also helpful for providing the resource to have someone removed the wall a/c and closed off the holes. I highly recommend Weston Bros for your project. Great company. They installed a split ductless system in my home and my son's home. Michael Weston was responsive to all our requests and was pleasant to deal with. If anything went wrong, he was quick to fix it. When there was an emergency at my son's house, and we had to get heat there quickly, he rearranged his schedule to help us. I highly recommend this company.

My experience with Weston Bros was excellent. They installed ductless AC in 3 rooms in my house. I got quotes from a few different companies -- Michael Weston did the most thorough inspection of my place and gave me the most confidence I was getting the right equipment and installation. He was very easy to communicate with and set clear expectations about the job. His team was very professional and did a great job with the install which took 1 day. The ACs are keeping us cool and are extremely quiet. I highly recommend!

After a few years of putting band aids on a 20+ year old split system, Michael came to survey the house and recommend upgrades based on our updated needs. We ended up replacing the entire system (2 heat pumps and 4 indoor units) and adding an additional unit in the basement that didn't previously have any heat or A/C. Every single person who came through the house in the couple of days to remove the old system and install the new one was amazing to work with. After work was done each day you would never know that someone had been there only hours before drilling, running wires and pipes, plastering, etc.. The team was happy to answer any questions we had through the process, and was sure to ask for input on decisions as needed instead of just doing their own thing and hoping it was what we wanted. We received regular updates from Joan, and everything was completed promptly and on a reliable timeline - at no point were we given some 4+ hour "window" and made to sit around waiting.

I have been using Weston Brothers for years and have never been disappointed with either the quality of their work or the professionalism of their staff. This was especially true when recently I had them install a Mitsubishi mini-split ductless heating and cooling system in my coop apartment. Michael Weston set the tone with his informed, knowledgeable assessment of and solution for the many issues my coop unit presented in terms of layout and accessibility. The installation staff were extremely talented and professional. They arrived on time, cleaned up my unit better than they found it, and were precise in their measurements and installation, working quickly and efficiently. The front office was equally courteous and knowledgeable and perhaps most importantly, very helpful. Weston Brothers even provided the electricians saving me the trouble of finding one. They are licensed, bonded, and insured and were accommodating and flexible with my Coop’s requirements and time schedule. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Very good job. Easy peasy. Accepted cash checks and cards. Installation team was friendly as hell. Weston had all my info in their computers. Couldn't have been more pleased with their service. Highly recommend for Air Condition installation.

The Weston A-team installed a Mitsubishi split AC unit in my home. The installation and electricians were very professional and extremely helpful. The compressor and 3 blowers were installed in one day and the A-team did a spotless job, very clean and neat job. I would highly recommend the Weston team if you are considering a split AC unit -- great electricians and installers. Glad I hired Weston for this project, they definitely earned the 5 stars.

I made an appt. for a repairman to check my air conditioner to diagnose why it was blowing warm air. The office never informed me that the repairman would have to remove the air conditioner and take it to the shop to analyze the problem at a cost of $700. Additionally they charged me $184 for the service call! I would never recommend this company and would tell customers to avoid Weston.

I have used Weston twice now to replace two Mitsubishi ductless a/c systems purchased from a different company that died after eight years. I bought two new systems with 12 year parts and labor warranties at a very good and competitive price. I shopped around and did a lot of research. Weston has been great from start to finish, with sizing the needed systems, arranging interest free financing, and installation. Their technicians are very professional, knowledgeable, clean. etc. I could not be more satisfied and I highly recommend Weston for ductless A/C.
