Michael and team installed a second unit in my home during COVID when I wasn’t in town. His team were clean, thorough and focused on attention to detail without anyone watching over them. Very pleased with the work and my home now feels very cool just in time for a heat wave.

I had the best experience with Weston Bros. They installed three a/c units for me - gave advice on which ones to install based on the room dimensions, easy to schedule the installation and then the guys that came to install were really professional, fast and friendly. Can't recommend them enough!

I needed a new HVAC installation. I had talked to a couple of companies and I went with Weston due to their promptness and honesty in dealing with me. They answered all my questions and was very considerate of my concerns. Their installation was smooth and went off without a hitch.

*UPDATE*
In a pleasant turn of events, the owner contacted my mother, apologizing profusely for the entire situation. My mother came back to the store, and was personally attended by the owner. He took back the return for the wrong AC that was sold to her without a fuss.

The owner assured my mother that had he been present, the entire situation would never have happened and he would have driven to her home with the correct AC himself.

While it's refreshing to see an owner take charge and care for customers, I can't help but be disappointed by the people he hired to represent his business to treat someone as terribly as they treated my mother. I cringe at the thought that many other people were possibly treated similarly behind the owner's back. I can only hope the owner makes smarter choices on who will represent him to customers when he is not around. Small businesses struggle to compete with corporate stores as it is, and the disgusting way my mother was treated is unacceptable to the reputation of all small businesses.

Had my mother received the treatment she did from the owner when she initially bought the AC, she would have happily done business with them, and possibly brought the store more business in the future.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My mother came there looking for a wall unit knowing only that it was a standard fit AC that needed to be 110v. They instead sold her an 220v AC. Barely an hour later when she realized the mistake, she called and asked if she could exchange it for the correct one.

The rude older woman on the phone dared to yell at her that all sales were final, treated her like absolute garbage. Rather than own up to their mistake, suddenly every employee very clearly said they heard my mother request the 220v, calling my mother a liar and a cheat. How dare you speak to a customer like that? It was unreal, and in all our experience supporting small businesses, this sort of treatment was the first. They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for speaking like that to anyone.

I advise everyone to drive a mile further and go to Home Depot. You will certainly be treated better over there.

I can’t say enough good things about Weston Bros. and about Al, in particular. When our air conditioner needed to be repaired, Al went out of his way to help--contacting the manufacturer to help extend the warranty, and ultimately helping us get a new unit with little out-of-pocket expense. He really went the extra mile at a time when we needed help. I don’t think I have ever been treated so well by a repair shop.

Michael has assembled and excellent group of workers.. Jeff and his crew were efficient, careful and courteous throughout the entire process, even when the rains came making conditions difficult. It was a pleasure to interface with them. The same can be said for the electrical team.

Scam artists!
I was quoted one price and when the techs arrived they said it would be more because it supposedly would take longer. They completed the job in less time than the original quote.
$1500 in labor alone to replace 2 in wall AC units and they couldn't even program the unit to work with its remote control. Needless to say I will never be using them again or referring them to my friends.

Fail to disclose mandatory fee to come out to location. The fee is for in warranty repair only. The out of warranty repair will cost almost to equal the price of a new unit. They should have said all that on the phone when I said “ I am not able to verify the date of purchase”. Was given a fixed price on phone to fix and all that changed.
