Michael, the owner, came to our home to work with us to design the mini split ac system to our specific needs. Then a professional, courteous and experienced team of 5 came the following week to install for 3 days straight. It was great experience and the system has been working perfectly, right in time for the heat wave! The price and quality of installation were both excellent.

Weston Bros. saved us a lot of money. Michael Weston, the owner, came to my home to service an existing ductless split system and worked meticulously to make sure it was fixed before he left. I thought we were going to need a new system, but he said no need for that and replaced a part in the outdoor unit. He arrived on time and was very respectful of our home. I will certainly be using Weston Bros again if I need another service appointment or when I purchase a new system.

Weston Bros. recently installed a multi zone ductless air conditioning system in my home. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner. The workers arrived when they said they would and the job was completed on time. They worked neatly and cleaned and vacuumed as they went about finishing the job. I would use Weston Bros. again.

I started to shop early to put in a ductless air conditioning system. I wanted to put it into three rooms and had one in the wall air conditioner unit that would have to be removed. I got estimates from four companies and went with Weston Bros. because Mike spent the time explaining what would be best but, also how I could later on expand the system to my basement. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive. They did offer doing everything including, installation, electric and removing the in the wall unit and closing the wall and re-bricking the outside. Well, talk about being impressed with a professional job, they were unbelievable. They took me through the whole process and their recommendations and the rationale behind those. They were quick to respond to questions. Mike was wonderful to work with! The crew came on time, protected all work areas and cleaned up perfectly. Nice guys; Jeff, Frankie, Jesse and Galo. I have plaster walls which are difficult to repair; I can tell you; you cannot tell where the old in the wall air conditioner was, not a trace, you cannot even tell there was ever a hole there, Harry was responsible for this. He even worked in the rain setting up a tent. The units themselves work wonderfully and Weston Bros. spent enough time educating me on how best to use my new system. They are so quiet you don’t even know the unit is on. I’m thrilled with the care that they took to see that I was a satisfied customer. One other person whom I need to mention was Joan, who basically took care of all the paperwork and organizing everything; she was wonderful and always helpful. Western Brothers installed ductless air in our two story home. The experience was a delight as they made every effort to do a super job explaining everything about the system and andwring all our questions. The owners were a delight to work with as were the mechanics as they are friendly and professional. There cleanup was superb following the job.

When we moved in to our apartment it was clear we were going to need a good air conditioner to cool off a very large living room. The people at Weston brothers really know what they are talking about. They'll spend the time to find the right and best product for you. It's an "old school" business with all of the incredible service you would ever need. And the very best products. They came to our house on time, did a great and very neat job with the installation. We have had the air conditioner for 7 years---it's been an excellent investment.

As a property manager I spent over 10 grand on new ac units for my building this past spring. They sent a subcontractor with no jack or lift to do an installation, and the subcontractor kept asking me for PPE supplies. I recently reached out for an emergency installation, a basic ac swap out, and was promised the next day. The next day came and went, no installation because they forgot and I'd have to wait 3 days for another shot. I understand being busy, but dont make promises that cant be honored. And hire better installers. I will be looking for a new ac dealer.
