The techs has replaced my ancient water heater today. I called them yesterday morning when I found that my water heater was leaking. I received a callback within 60 minutes from them and explained the situation. He determined what I needed, confirmed the pricing and the techs were at my place before 9 am today. The installation was complete within 2 hours. The tech explained everything in detailthat i dont know before that and gave me very good information about my new appliances as well. highly recommendable.

They did awesome job with the installation. However what really impressed me was when the tech checked all my vents and told me what I needed to do to keep the furnace running at the highest efficiency. I was so impressed that I informed thety I will request him to install AC in the spring. I love my new furnace. will sue them again for sure!!!

They are quite professional and have fixed my system in a timely manner. He stayed until after midnight to ensure my AC was backup and running. He was also very communicative throughout the process. I would derf recommend them to anyone who needed them.

Great company with outstandig products, service and especially the people!!! They was great!!! He did not try to up sell me anything I didn’t need. But explained all of my options very clearly. After the heating team installed my high efficient gas furnace and AC, my utility bills have decreased and teh overall comfort hasimproved dramatically!!! The 10 years parts and labor warranty give me peace of mind!!! there is a reason they have been around so long. They have a customer for life!!!

They were easy to work with, family owned and reasonably priced, They worked hard all the day and kept me updated. Thanks a bunch for the flood of very high quality of CA companies. I did my research and chose them come check out my system. They arrived on time and even calls as they were in the area over an hour early to stop in but I was not home. The tech did a thorough job of checking out my system even though it is a very old system they said it was operating very good and that thepleated filter i put in was more than likely the cause of the icing on thecoil. they recommend that i do nothing not even add any Freon.

We had a dripping showehead issue after taking the shower, the tech came, diagnosed the issue, and informed us that the situationis perfectly normal, nothing to be concerned about. The tech even waived the service call charge. We are so touched by their honesty and loyalty to their customer like us.
