Pearson Heating & Cooling came to my home to do Duct Cleaning and install a HVAC system. The crew that came out to my home was very professional. They wore shoe covers on their boots and had on their face masks. I’m pleased to say that they treated my home with much respect. What I loved most was that they were thorough, and clean. I’m extremely happy with the service that they provided. They explained everything to me about the new unit before leaving. I just want to say, Thank you to the Pearson Heating & Cooling for your hard work and dedication. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We had some work done in our attic. During the work time a wire got crimped and we lost the use of our furnace. It was not noticed until some hours later. Called Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. about 10 am and promised about a 4:00 service. About 2:00 I was updated that the serviceman was in his way. Jeff showed up, very polite and allowed me to share what had happened. He guessed, no knew what to look for, found it and quickly repaired the problem. I would highly recommend Pearson Heating & Cooling Co..

Jeff was the best, most professional technician we've ever had come out. He completely took the machine apart and cleaned the blower and motor and the entire inside and outside of the unit. We did not expect that. Others just came out and checked the refrigerant and sprayed the inside. Unbelievable service. Thank you Pearson Heating & Cooling Co.

I hired this company in November 2021 to fix a problem with my boiler not starting. They sent an individual that was able to start the boiler and said it should be fine but it needed to be cleaned and I gave them a $100 deposit to clean the boiler. The boiler stopped working again later that night and I decided to get a second opinion. The technician never said the deposit was not refundable and in fact, agreed to return my deposit three (3) times but never did. This company employs dishonest workers and should be ashamed of how they treat their customers.

My furnace could not respond during the very cold times of the year. I decided to contact Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. to come and examine what might have been the problem. Linda answered my call. She promised that their techs would be at my home within few hours. The techs arrived on time, did the work quickly, and were very professional. I was also impressed of their friendliness as they worked on my furnace.

These guys came out and installed a new gas fired boiler in our home. They were very professional and nice people. The installation went without a hitch and it works great. The new boiler is quiet, clean and much more efficient. Smiling all the way!

Jeff the tech from Pearson Heating & Cooling Co. gave me a call prior to showing up and went to work immediately he arrived. He advised me on a couple additions to better equip my unit to extend the life and protection. He helped me to sign up for the second unit to be serviced at my new home. Excellent services!!!

As Jeff was repairing my system, he took his time to explain everything he was doing to me. He seemed very thorough and knowledgeable.He also answered all of my questions. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

These guys helped us with a big AC system problem we had a year ago and since then we've signed up for their quarterly maintenance program. Every technician who has come out has been very friendly, polite and very helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
