Tom came and took care of business!! He was fast af, quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue with what has to be a decades worth of experience. The technology was incredible! He diagnosed, isolated, and repaired the problem with my air conditioner while patiently and cheerfully educating and answering all of my questions! He was able to put the discarded capacitor to good use. He charged a very reasonable fee. We are relieved to have some fresh air once more. Prompt honest accurate friendly and professional. Greg is smart and helped me understand some of the workings of the unit. My blower motor was not working and it was not a common model. He replaced the motor and took pictures of everything. When we started everything back up I realized that the old unit had not been blowing well and the unit was much quieter now.
