Our AC went out at the house and it was summer; isn't a joke. TriStar Commercial HVAC Solutions were able to fit us in same day, came well within the quoted time, and fixed the issue in a thrice. They were super friendly while still being professional and didn't give us any run around or try to swindle us. Wonderful experience and will definitely be calling in the future

Excellent service. I called on a Friday morning to make an appointment, the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and worked with me to find a window that suited my work schedule. The technician arrived and was very polite and patient despite the stupid questions I was asking and the fact that I had no idea about anything regarding my heater, its a new house and I didn't even know where it was! We had our fall check today by TriStar Commercial HVAC Solutions. Johnny was the technician, who was outstanding. He was extremely thorough, explained how everything worked in detail, and how efficient our system was running. He was pleasure to chat with, polite, I cannot hesitate to recommend him more!!

I called because my furnace wouldn't come on. George is a true professional. He listened to me about my problem and went directly to were the problem was replaced the faulty part and other issues that were related to the problem clean up replaced covers and he was done. I'm really satisfied with all the work George has done.

Our tech was responsive and courteous and ever mindful of the distance and the protocol associated with sheltering in place which I appreciate tremendously. Very competent person, Johnny, came to give me an estimate to replace my central air. Everything was done exactly as I asked and I could tell the installers cared about doing quality work. They kept the house clean too. Wasn't the lowest quote for the job but I have zero worry about the work and I think that peace of mind is worth it! Bravo!

We recently had our air go out Saturday morning. The technician called and arrived in 20 minutes. He detected the issue, explained all the options available and replaced the part in less than 40 minutes. We received fast, friendly and very knowledgeable service. Highly recommend!!

Made an appointment for 12-3pm. Was home all day. Called 2.49pm and 4.51pm to check in and both times was told the techinician would call with an updated eta. Nothing! I called again at 7pm and then they tell me I would need to reschedule. What a waste of my time. I actually cancelled another appointment because Tristar gave me an earlier appointment window. The administrative staff is lacking at their job!

What a great pleasure it was to have John service our heating units! He was very pleasant, professional, and gave me many tips I really needed to know in regard to our system. He was very knowledgeable and very patient answering all of our questions. Excellent service! Highly recommended!
