I used his services on numerous occasions for various projects (boilers, heating, AC) and was always happy with work and never issues. I recently installed a mini split unit in my home and Michael had quality work professionally done. He had all the right tools and knew exactly how to use them! It was a hot summer day last month and we really needed URGENT help to change an HVAC unit in my medical practice which broke suddenly. I had 50 patients scheduled for the following day. Trioed contacting 5-10 places with no one willing to hear me or help. Then I was lucky to reach Mike at this company. He also seemed like he really had no time with the heat wave. But after hearing me out, he was nice enough to take his hime at night and come help us here. He had to change the entire AC unit and he did it at a very fair price as well

I hired them to install a split AC system in 5 rooms, replaced my old boiler w/ a tankless system, and also replaced all my ancient steam radiators w/ hot water radiant heating all throughout my home. Very reliable, competent, and honest. The final price was right on budget. Highly recommended and will use them in the future.

Specialist showed up promptly as scheduled, upon conducting diagnostic procedure, thoroughly explained the issue in lay terms. It should be noted that the problem was ongoing and related to safety, yet difficult to diagnose. To say the least, Nat'l Grid inspector was quite impressed with the job well done.
