I don’t usually write reviews but I feel I need to say how satisfied I was with Kendell and his partner yesterday. He fixed my air condioner which was necessary because of the heat wave. He made sure I had the AC working because I am a senior. He is very professional and experienced. Thanks Kendell.

We live in a house that is over 90 years old. Michael and his team just completed installing the last ductless unit in our living room...the 4th he installed in our house over the last 4 years. This should speak for itself!!!

There was absolutely no room for Weston Bros to do something better in our ductless system installation!! Yes it’s expensive, but they could not have done a better job!! From initial contact, estimate, installation, and follow up, Weston (Michael and Joan) were flawless. If they were a dance team….they’d be Fred and Ginger haha!!

Michael was very patient, attentive and accommodating to our unique situation and specific requirements. The entire job was done in a timely and professional manner, and the new Mitsubishi air conditioning unit is exceeding expectations. I would highly recommend Weston Bros. for any air conditioning system installation.

We have used Weston Bros for several years now to do an annual cleaning and inspection of all the A/C units in my house. They have done a fine job with this. They come on time, are efficient and professional.

This year we had to replace the unit in our bedroom. We ordered the new unit and Kendall came to install it. This was done with no problem.

We noticed that the unit at times, when it was on for a while and working hard because it was very humid out, made a grinding sound that was annoying and kept us up at night. This kind of intermittent problem is always hard to prove and hard to solve.

However Kendall and his associate came back and decided to replace the unit. We were very happened with this solution. The new unit was delivered and installed in an efficient manner. Once again their customer service was great and we will continue to use Weston Brothers for our A/C needs,

After having a consultation with Michael and discussing all my options I felt optimistic when choosing Weston Bros. to provide and install my family’s AC/Heating system. The masons did a great job when removing the old ACs and re-bricking, the installation technicians were adaptable to the challenges of the job and treated the equipment I purchased and my property as if it were their own, and the electricians (Ken Fisk -KFEC) were thorough, accommodating and efficient. I can now heat any room independently when it’s gets super cold in May ( isn’t that crazy, May!!! ) and cool off any room to any temperature during any heat wave.

I just had my second air conditioner installed by Weston Brothers. Joan, in particular, is the best service representative a company could have. She followed up after a service call and found a unit that fit my sleeve. The guys that came on both occasions, Kendall and Paul and the other fellows did a great job. The service is worth the price.

I can't thank Michael and Jeffery enough for their exceptional work on my house!! Before finally decided on Weston Brothers we consulted with other companies and none of them could give the level of comfort as Michael. Michael did a total of 3 consultations with us, with each session in more details than the previous one. During the second consultation, he spent nearly 2 hours with us trying to figure out solutions to meet my demand. Before speaking with Michael, I didn’t think it is possible to install 7 ductless split air conditioning systems without much visible tubes on the outside of the house, but to Michael, Jeffery and their crew, nothing is impossible. I love how everything turned out. You literally can’t see any pipes either inside or outside the house and the indoor units look great! We hardly noticed the ACs there.
Jeffery and is crew is professional and super friendly. I highly recommend him to be your subcontractor if you end up hiring Weston Bros.

The Mitsubishi ductless split air-conditioning equipment has worked flawlessly over the past year for both cooling and heating.

We very much appreciate your attention to detail, flexibility, and responsiveness. We had three other contractors come to our home to give us quotes. Those other contractors stayed an average of 20 minutes. Your initial visit lasted closer to 1 1/2 hours. Your pricing was very competitive. You were very patient and flexible when we explored equipment from different manufacturers – we are so glad that we decided to go with your recommendation of the Mitsubishi equipment. You were also very patient and helpful as we explored how best to position the six indoor air handling units and outside condensers. Once we made our decision, the equipment was installed quickly and efficiently. We could not have been more pleased with Garfield and the rest of your crew. Each day began with laying tarps throughout our house. Each worker wiped their feet several times each time they came into our house. They cleaned up each day before they left our house. They treated our house as their own.

They were great. Michael Weston came over and did an estimate and options very quickly, I think the day I called them. They did the work in 2 days, as they had said, and it's great. We have. mini split ductless system for about half our house and next summer will do the other half with them. It was as painless as home improvements could be.
