They installed my system 5-6 years ago. This year it started to lose refrigerant, when I called them for repair, they put on hold for a while and then told me they had no opening and referred a couple of other companies to call. If your system is working fine and want to pay someone $100 to tell you that, they are your company to call. Google warns of 5 star unspecific fake reviews.

Do I have to give one star? This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Did everything they could to charge as much as possible. Worst service ever received. How are they in business? Please, someone inspect this company, shut them down. They should not be allowed to sell snow cones.

The workers are very professional. The owners I've known for years and they are fantastic people.

Best in the business. Call the Kool Guys.
