10/10 would recommend Lee Company to anyone that asks. Very courteous and knowledgeable and really took the time to make sure things were done the right way and that we had knowledge of how to avoid issues in the future. Best service I’ve ever gotten from a plumber!

We have Lee Company come out a few times a year with our maintenance plan. They're great. This most recent time their tech David found a huge problem with our heat. Since we found it early it saved our hvac which would have cost so much more to replace. Plus, with the maintenance plan we saved an additional 20%. We really appreciate David for his professionalism, honesty, and his commitment to Lee Co. Thank you Lee Co for hiring our military service men and women. A big bonus with our family.

We have used Lee Company for years for our plumbing, electrical, and hvac needs. We have found them to be polite, knowledgeable, and professional. In the rare occasions we needed a repeat visit they have always been prompt to respond. I have recommended Lee Company to my neighbors and they now use them.

Called for a faucet leak in my kitchen. I recently broke my leg and am unable to make repairs. Lee company worked us in for reapair call the same day . Gabe our technician was so very helpful and make temporary repair until we can get the part for permanent repair. As always, Lee Company has delivered beyond our expectations. David from Lee Company was thorough, and did his best to figure out what the problem was. It's a noise that popped up once, but hasn't since, so we were unable to get it diagnosed, but I appreciate his earnest effort and good service. He even called the next day to see if the noise had happened again, and make sure I was not without HVAC service. Thank you!

I've been a customer of Lee Company for 45+ years & have always been impressed w/the level of professionalism each employee I've dealt with has shown - especially when they come out in the middle of the night (sometimes making a 1 - 1 1/2 hour drive) to take of an issue I personally cannot resolve. Lee Company goes above & beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers!

Colin, our tech, was extremely polite and efficient. He checked all our units and cleaned up once he was done. Very professional, and also took excellent precautions regarding social distancing protocol.

Lee company came to Cookeville from Mt. Juliet because I could not find a single company/technician in Cookeville competent enough to check static pressure, install a condensate drain without messing it up with double traps, no vents, and plugged up outside pipe (mud). I could not get a tech to properly get the access panels properly attached to my air handler. I could not get a tech to properly position capillary tubes or sensor bulb for expansion valve. I had various water leaks for THIRTY MONTHS after install by largest HVAC company in Cookeville. In desperation I contacted Lee. 4 stars because it was difficult to get a Lead technician to my home. It took three appointments, multiple phone calls, the arrival of a project manager, and the refusal to allow a non-lead to come out. But after about 13 days of phone calls and appointments, I was able to get a very good Lead Technician called Ross out to my home. Ross was informed, knowledgeable, understood how to read the documentation for my air handler, was able to check pressures to determine overall static pressure, properly adjusted my fan speed, adjusted the position of my sensor bulb (so it was not dripping condensate down the access panel), and straightened out evaporator coil fins that were crimped and dripping water. ALL of this had been requested to be fixed by the installing company for literally THIRTY MONTHS. Lee made my system work for a very reasonable cost, even though they offer a somewhat difficult scheduling process.
I am grateful that Ross was competently able to do (basic....) AC work that seemingly no one in the entire city of Cookeville is able to do. Training and effort really go a long way. I will have LEE install my next HVAC. It is worth the scheduling difficulties and additional install costs. Ask yourself: Do you want to take a chance that the local yokels will install your HVAC correctly and if not, that they will have the ability or willingness to fix what they installed incorrectly? Everything went wrong for me after hiring the largest Company in Cookeville. I would suggest spending the extra money and go with the company that Trane stands behind, that sends their techs to Trane seminars, and that warranties their products (instead of telling customers "Good luck getting Trane to replace that part." which is ALL I have heard from my local company for 30 months.
Just hire Lee. Prepare to spend extra money on the install. Do you want it to work, or do you want to mess around with incompetent hillbillies if anything goes wrong? Hire Lee.

We’ve been with Lee Company for 40+ years. Technicians are professional, courteous and patient...they’ve all been first-class!!! Our latest experience with Mark for electrical service yesterday was indicative of just that caliber of experience!!

The Pressure Relief Valve on our water pipe coming into the house from the street was going out. They had came the same day we called & had the part on the truck so we didn't have to wait‼ I will call Lee anytime I have a Plumbing problem & recommend them to all my friends OR anyone who ask me if I know a reputable company.
