Lee Company

The tech called during my scheduled time frame, 20 minutes before showing up. When he arrived he went right to work. After looking my problem over, we discussed several different ways to resolve it. After deciding on one, he left to get some parts, but returned promptly.
Once the repair was done, he showed me everything that he completed and asked if I had any questions and if I was satisfied, which I was.
The tech even cleaned up everything.

We woke up to a cold house and I called Lee Company for the first time They had our heat on by 10:30 a. m. The gentleman that came explained all my options before fixing the unit, and I decided to take advantage of the service agreement for $99. a year. Before he left my house, Lee had already scheduled the plumbing and electrical inspections provided by the service. I’m so impressed by this company.

I have switched from my old HVAC tune-up company to Lee Company this year. I was extremely satisfied with the specialist who came to look everything over. He worked and documented everything digitally. I have two
units and one was not sending enough air flow. He found the cracks in the duct work and sealed it. I have been watching these tune-up people for decades and this one was a class above of all the others.

This company is awesome! I originally requested that they come out to fix a slow washing machine drain that has plagued us for years. They found that the issue wasn't the drain, but a piece of galvanized pipe. They replaced it, checked everything and even hooked my washer back up. They were on time, friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way. I will be using this company from now on!!!

Amazing service by a true professional. Chris P. is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of HVAC. His no pressure approach to recommendations for a new unit was a breath of fresh air. I cannot say enough good things about Chris P. and the company as a whole. Where other company’s cannot or do not want to do the necessary repairs, Chris P. and Lee Company came through. We just recently had a repair done to our AC unit and our tech, DeWayne Bragg did a super job. He contacted us when he was heading our way, when the parts were in and kept us updated throughout the repair process. He honed in on the problem quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. Super nice guy, very polite, knowledgeable and most importantly, was on-time and let us know what was going on.

Jason and Scotty were amazing. They repaired plumbing in my kitchen. They put me at ease and offered quality suggestions for my home. I really appreciated their professionalism and effectiveness. Very impressed with them. Thank you!

Kyle the service technician was very prompt and professional. He diagnosised and explained the issue with the heat pump.

He made the repair quickly. Overall very pleased with Lee Company and will continue to use their service.

I really like Lee Company. I’ve used them several times for different projects. They have professional employees. They are punctual and very neat when they work. They do a good job. They are in, they’re out and you can go about your day. I’m so glad I tried Lee Company because now I feel I found a Company that can do so many things around my home and I’m not searching for 10 different companies to get 10 projects done. Who has time to do that? I appreciate Lee.

George was very knowledgeable about the repair to our shower light and the outlet by our sink which backs up to the shower We were very please by his work and willingness to solve our problem. We had and an other Lee employee who was not willing to get to root of the problem. George did not have a problem with our problem and we are so pleased to be able to see in the shower again
