Very professional service. Jeremy was my technician, he took the time to explain exactly what and why he was doing it every step while he was servicing my HVAC. This is now the 2nd time I have used the Lee Company and I couldn't be happier with their service. I would highly recommend this company for any house hold maintenance or repairs.

Kevin is an amazing technician. He was super informative and very educated on what was going on with our system. He talked to my wife and I like family. He was so helpful, explained things in an easy and understandable way, and answered any question we had. He even went outside in the cold rain and showed us what was going on in the system. I would use Lee Company and their technicians if they are all like Kevin. Great job!!! I'd give 10 stars if I could. Other companies and technicians need to take note.

I needed two light timer switches installed, one on a three way switch. Call Lee Company after a bad experience with a "Discount" company and was impressed with the everything. Troy the technician was professionally dressed with the appropriate tools and safety gear. Assessed the situation, ran out and got the parts and did the install in one trip. He did have some trouble during the install due the the home's wiring and was able to video conference in on his phone another technician to solve the issue. I was willing to pay more for the professionalism of Lee Company but didn't have to as their service cost less than the "Discount" company quote.

They were great! Everyone was professional and considerate. Being relatively new to Mount Juliet I had to get several proposals for a new HVAC system and they were the best. I now feel like I “know a guy” for when I need work done. To be clear, they weren’t the least expensive, but I have faith they will still be in business if I ever need to act on the 10 year warranty.

We had used another company for many years but the quality of their work and responsiveness deteriorated recently. At the suggestion of my SIL we called Lee. They came the day and time they quoted finished the work quickly and efficiently and cost seemed reasonable. The tech was very friendly which is always a nice dividend.

We had a light fixture that fell from a 20 ft ceiling. Lee Company was able to replace the housing for the light and rehang the fixture. They also explained why it happened and determined we had another light that could potentially fall. The technicians were so courteous, punctual, and helpful!!! I highly recommend them.

Loaded Dogs

I needed an outside faucet repaired so we called Lee Company to do it because I simply didn't have the time to do it. The repair man came and told my wife it would be $350 and we needed to replace the faucet because the manufacturer was out of business. My wife called me and asked me to talk to the repair man, which I did. He told his story again and I told him all it needed was a washer replaced to stop the leak and I would do it myself but I didn't have the time. He begrudgingly did it. In hind sight what I should have done was sent him packing and called someone else. I will never use Lee Company for anything ever again and I will advise others not to as well.

Lee Company did a fantastic job from A-Z on my service call. From the initial call from a dispatch operator to the great response time to my AC being out. Alan was the tech that came to our home. He called ahead to tell us he'd be there in 30 minutes. Was on time. Was very professional, good natured, and very conscientious. He repaired the problem and then checked the other unit to be sure the same issue would not happen to it.
