Marshall showed up after hours and worked till almost midnight trying to restore our A/C. While he wasn't able to complete the repair due to needed parts, he followed through with good communication the next day and was able to restore our A/C the following day. He seemed very knowledgeable and certainly determined to resolve issues in our multi-zone system. Based on my experience with Marshall from Lee Company, I would definitely recommend their services for HVAC-related issues.

My air and heat quit working on Friday evening so I had to call on Saturday. They came out the same day I called. The technician called about 45 minutes prior to his arrival. He was very nice and found the problem. He luckily had the part I needed in his truck. He installed it and had me up and running within the hour. I recommend this company.

I had a plumber and electrician from this company come out to give an estimate on work to be completed. They couldn't come at the same time, which to me is an issue, but aside from that, I never received a quote via e-mail from either one of them as promised by both of them. They just dropped it. They were both very knowledgeable and friendly but what good does that do if you can't even get a quote for the work?

Unusually high pricing. Agenda to find other things to do in your house more expensive than what you called them for. They sell a useless membership that doesn't actually really get you anything -they say it's a discount program.. but it's not. They quote. Good 50% higher than everyone. I would type out a horror story about quotes and work on toilet swaps.. but I'm tired of Lee already. Just call another tradesman company. You'll be glad you did.

The technician called asking if he could come 30 minutes early. That was fine she he showed up on the new agreed upon time. He installed a new garage door opener, synched it with MyQ and our vehicles remote openers. He was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions, cleaned up after his work and even removed all cobwebs in the corners around the garage ceiling. Exceptional work!

He did a thorough inspection and captured any deficiencies and brought them in my intention without trying to sell me something I did not need. I have been using. Lee HVAC for several years and have never been disappointed with their service.

My Sister, Faye Taylor, a widow & older resident in Lebanon, TN contacted Lee Company because of a leak with her electrical water heater. Not knowing a plumber, she contacted Lee Co. because she believed it would be a reputable company, since it is owned by Governor Bill Lee.
Lee Co charged her $2,200.00 for an electrical, 50 gal water heater. She's a widow and 85 years old and lives on a fixed income. Its appalling that any company, especially one owned by the Governor, would take advantage of our older citizens. Be aware before you contract with Lee Company.

I have a maintenance contract with Lee Co and have had for about 2 years. Up until this last experience, I have never had an issue with this company. I contacted Lee Co about plumbing problem. We set our scheduled appointment for between 10 & 12 on Wednesday. At 12:30, I had not heard from them so I called. The lady informed me that my appointment was from 2 to 4 that day and that the plumber would be at my house in a few minutes. Moments later, I received a call from Lee Co stating my appointment was in fact from 10 to 12 but that the plumber was running late and she said he should be at my house between 2 & 4. Around 4:30, I again called Lee Co and spoke with a gentleman and he said the plumber was late. I said, so I will be on the list first thing in the morning and he said no, my order had not been cancelled and he was still coming by my home. Again, no one showed up and no one bothers to call me. Since he didn't make it to my home on Wednesday, I assumed someone would be at my house between 8 and 10 on Thursday. Since they weren't I called around 10:30 and told them the situation and told them I was not happy with their customer service especially since I had the maintenance contract with them. After several moments of conversation, she said she would make sure the plumber would be at my house before 12:00. Around 12:30, the Lee Co manager called me and explained that they dropped the ball and begin to share with me all the excuses. I told him I wasn't happy with Lee Co right now and of course he apologized. Finally around 2:30, the plumber showed up. I showed him the problem and he said he couldn't find the leak so no work was done. Then he presented me with a $79 bill. This really turned me off. After a day and a half of missed meetings and waiting around the house and then the plumber still charged me for a service call even though he couldn't find the problem and did no work. II told him that I understood that when a bought the maintenance contract that I would not be charged for a service call. He said he hears that a lot and that the salesman misrepresented the program and that in fact there will always be a service charge whether work is done or not. He said the contract was for yearly checking the HVAC, plumbing and electrical. It's not the $79 that I am upset about. It's the poor customer service and missed scheduled on their part, I would have thought that the least they could have done was waiver the service fee. I don't think the maintenance contract is beneficial to me so I will probably cancel it and would be hard pressed to recommend this company to anyone else.
