After storm blew an aluminum fascia board trim piece off of our home, Lee Company dispatched a handyman to reinstall it. This was quite a challenge since the roofline is 30 feet off the ground at that point. An extra long ladder was delivered and Jordan bravely tackled the job. As a senior citizen I greatly appreciated the quick repair and the quality of the team from first contact to completion.

Highly recommend Lee Company! We needed our range gas/propane oven adjusted. The flames were too high on the cook top. The first service tech that was sent out did not have the correct tools. He called one of the other guys that normally did that type of work and they sent him out a few hours later. Prices are very reasonable. The service techs and office staff are professional and courteous. The next time we need help with HVAC, Electrical Plumbing, or Appliance we will be calling Lee Company.

Lee Company has been amazing in one of the worst times in our life. About 6 months ago we had a big leak in our house and have been dealing with contractors, HVAC technicians, insurance and warranty companies and it has all been a nightmare. Inferior work, people not following through, going over budget, cancelling appointments and delays. Luckily we didn't experience any of those problems while working with Lee Company to do our electrical work. All the technicians were professional and friendly, they were very knowledgeable, did quality work, and they showed up when they said they would—they were even a few minutes early some times! They also send you detailed photos and videos of before and after the work. They make you feel like they actually care about you and the problems you're having. Great company, would definitely recommend.

I didn't know Lee Company offered handyman services but their electrician mentioned it to me. I used them to replace my attic stairs (hatch in ceiling would not close flush anymore) and some other things around my home. The service was great!

There is a two hour window for your scheduled appointment(reasonable). I would suggest if the technician cannot make the appointment, someone in the office should reach out to the customer to keep them informed after the 1st hour. I have a maintenance contract with this company. I have been with them for years. While it states you have a certain number of inspections included, you are charged a "trip fee" which can be as high as $80.00. This does not include parts and labor. Repairs are expensive. You are discouraged from purchasing the parts on your own with the, "we can only offer a warranty if you use our parts because others are low standard." I don't know what to do at this point. It's my fault for not reading the fine print. I still need the repair. There are a lot of things on the list I would love to have done to my home, however I know I can't afford it...but I know I can't afford not to have them done. I think I have lost faith in this company over the years and for that I am sorry.

I had two maintenance service done today 1st was the AC and the 2sd was the plumbing’s. Both of your services employees where very polite, friendly and professional. After the service was done they explain to me the results and again I couldn’t be more please. I have use LEE’S COMPANY for the last 12 years and was always impressed with the results, from booking the appointment to the end of the service performed.

I needed an electrical hookup for my newly installed spa. This ended up as a much larger job than I had anticipated due to the sophistication of the system in the spa. A supervisor came to my home with the electrician to assist and ensure that everything was done properly. They worked tirelessly to complete so that my spa is running smoothly. The price was very fair. Their knowledge was superb. The effort was extraordinary.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for Brian, Levi, and the team at Lee Company. Not only do they do great work but their customer service goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Your home should be your safe haven, and Levi our contractor on our job restored our home to new condition after water damage. He was friendly and made a stressful time calmer. I appreciate his attention to detail and his professionalism.

I also want to try to highlight is the kindness and integrity of the company. When talking to their customer service and support staff I am always met with grace and given a full explanation of the process. If and when you need home improvement and repairs Lee Company should be your first call. They are good people running a great business.

When you contact Lee Company you know you will get quality care. We will be calling them and using them again in our future home projects.
