The guys that came to the house to fix my Goodman unit went above and beyond according to my wife as I was away when they came to fix it... They were extremely courteous and professional and had the unit back up and running in approximately 20 minutes. They also did not try to upsale, we had a faulty capacitor and that's all they replaced unlike some other shady businesses that would say more was wrong than actually is. I will be a customer for life just like my father is who recommended them to me.

My home is a new built ...We have been here for 7 years. This company installed the AC unit when the house was being built so it was a no brainier who I was going to use to service the unit. 24 hour service is just one of the benefits of doing business with the company. This pass Friday my unit had a problem after hours, and my Wife just came home from the hospital from having a heart condition. Being in a hot house could have been a life threatening event or make her go back to the hospital. After explaining the situation I was moved up on the list for service. Within 2 hours my unit was fixed. It was a bit pricey but my unit had a serious issue so the price fit the service. At this point my Wife health was more important than money. I also received a phone call just to make sure all was good... great service. The technician was very professional and carrying. I will only use this company for any and all service for my unit. Thank you guys for being there when We needed you.

Jacob came on a very hot,90 degree, Saturday afternoon and fixed our machine. He fixed it, he ran it through test, made sure it was good before he left. My family and our dogs were greatly relieved. He responded within a half hour of our call, was extremely professional, competent and courteous. Great representation of Main Stream.

I had a water pump go out on me. Mainstream came out the very same Sunday evening and fulfilled the terms of their warranty promptly and professionally. Their man wore plastic bags over his shoes to protect my floors without being asked. Excellent service!

The technician that came to our place was excellent! Kept us well informed on what needed to be done and future maintenance. This is mainly for my main man Brian their HVAC Tech that came out today. Phenomenal guy. Extremely professional down to earth. Not only did he find the predicament with my system BUT showed, explained, and elaborated extremely well on the matter at hand. Extremely easy process.
Secondly the customer service also was able to get me in earlier than predicted granted that doesn’t happen for everyone because everyone is busy. But I did get that opportunity and appreciate it!

The 2 gentleman who came were just so sweet and professional. They listened to me when I explained what had happened with our AC unit and went straight to work. Had it fixed in about 20 minutes.. awesome service 👏.

His explanation of the different AC units available and their operation was easy to comprehend. I really liked his honesty. He was pleasant and professional.
