Double-check their work. Left my attic a mess. Insulation and trash thrown everywhere. Screws were left out... Not sure where they came from, but they definitely were apart of my unit before they came. Cigarette butts left behind for my dog to eat. Stayed out front of the house conveniently until 3pm

They were able to fix my AC for very cheap. The tech was able to track down the cause of the short out and repair it in under 30 minutes.

This company is absolutely ridiculous! This place has zero communication. I could go on and on with the issues I’ve had with this place on my new build but I don’t think anyone has the time for it! To pay as much as i am for the amount of trouble I’ve had with Mainstream is a joke they are now costing me more money to extend my stuff for closing and act like it’s no big deal. Not to mention my brand new unit hasn’t been right since they turned it on from poor installation. I wasn’t going to put a review on this company but after today I’m done with them! All I can hope is they will try to make it right.

As a whole they were fast and responsive, as an individual, Michael Zak absolutely crushed it! Fast, courteous, and he broke the issue down and corrected it in no time.

I had my HVAC serviced this morning by Brian Luckett, and he was very knowledgeable and professional and informative. He even showed me how to properly install my unit filter in which I had been doing the entire time! I really appreciate the level of service provided today. Even though I have used this company before Brian was an example of why I won’t bother with any other company!

Technician John was knowledgeable and answered my many questions about upgrading my HVAC system.

Best HVAC service I’ve ever had!!! Matt was very kind and polite and answered all my questions. Will call them if I need any future repairs…. and next March for another HVAC SYS maintenance check up.

I’ve used Mainstream only for many years. Their techs always explain what needs to be done and give cost options based on needs. Sam and Angel were great on this visit. They got things going in no time. They were very nice and courteous.

Requested an inspection service of the A/C unit and Matthew arrived at time as scheduled. He inspected the unit and found that the unit has serious issues and due to the age, should be replaced to ensure having heat and ac for the house.
