Despite all the issues that I had if the owner would have talked to me in a decent manner I’d have a lot better review but he was extremely unprofessional in the way he talked to a customer. Instead of listening to the issues I had from his employees he said everything was my fault. That’s why one of his employees took a window apart and used a piece of the frame to do the rough in but that’s my fault as well I’d assume but like I said if the owner would have listened to me and had professional conversation with me I would have had a better review but I would not support his business ever again for the way he talked to me.

I was very impressed with how thorough Samuel O. was while servicing my unit. He explained everything and knowledgeable on my York unit. With all the different technicians I have had in the past, he was the only one who explained I had a second filter that needed to be cleaned. Samuel did a excellent jo! I want to make sure Samuel services my unit again.

A/C repair. Technician Kenneth was awesome. He checked everything out and found the problem. He was professional and told us what needed to be done including the cost of repairs. Great company.

I have two Mainstream HVAC units at my house and one of them proved to have some issues. I called Mainstream and was immediately met with great customer service and was promised a prompt response time. The technician who came to my house, Sam Keatts, was incredibly professional and friendly. Unfortunately, the issue with my unit proved to be a more stubborn problem than originally thought and required subsequent service calls. Sam was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that the problem was resolved in a timely, and diligent manner. I cannot speak highly enough of both Sam and the Mainstream Heating & Cooling team, I would recommend their services to anyone.

They were quick and efficient in doing our annual until maintenance and answered all our questions. Our technician, Cody, was polite and professional as well as knowledgeable on the system we have. We will definitely use them again in the future.

We absolutely love this place. Same has been nothing short of kind, professional, and knowledgeable. We have used them for two separate issues, and both times we have been impressed with the honesty and integrity of the Mainstream team. Other companies quoted a bunch of work that didn’t quite make sense (rerouting duct work, new duct work, new system, etc). Sam came and actually helped. We didn’t need all that yet, and they didn’t just do a “band aid” fix. You can bet that when we DO need duct work and a new system, we will be calling Mainstream. They will be our go to HVAC company!
