They notify you in advance of the appointment. Technician was very professional and explained everything and gave me options. The service was done and a replacement part was available to install immediately. Everything was great 👍

The staff member came and resolved my concern about the issue. He said that he would annotate the details in a note on my account in case the problem happens again in the future. The young man did an excellent job.

Tech came out during the bad weather and resolved my heating issue
in 10 mins or less!! Whereas other companies told me they're booked up, their techs can't drive on the bad roads due to ice and wait after the Christmas holiday. Indeed, I was on a waiting list, but I didn't care as temps got in the negative.
New homeowner here, so trying to fix this issue myself was not an option. Also, the tech was very knowledgeable and professional, plus gave me some tips on how to save on the electricity bill. He even explained what he did and how my heating pump works. I gladly paid the $49!!!! Thank you so much!!! 💓
