Update: My lderly parents' AC went out. Even though they do not service the area my parents live at, they came rushing out once they learned that my mother is on oxygen. There is no review I could write to properly communicate just how amazing the team at Mainstream is!

A technician arrived within an hour of me calling. He gave me a detailed explanation of the problem and was very polite. The issue was fixed and now my kids can sleep comfortably again.
