    Sam came out same-day and fixed our clogged a/c drain. He remembered us from a few years back. What a fantastic guy and great service! He explained everything to us, and we couldn't be happier!

    Sam was the technician who came to my house. He was nice. He changed a capacitor and told me I need a motor. They had to order a motor so we decided to go with another hvac repairman who could get my motor changed the same day. Jeff the manager was nice as well. They refunded my payment for the capacitor. I paid for the service call.

    They came out and did a tune up. They are always very nice when them come out; always wears shoe coverings when walking through the house. Polite and always takes time to answer our questions. They always get things done in a timely manner, and I highly recommend them!

    Our heat stopped working overnight on. Saturday. The company we pay a monthly fee to for preferential calls wouldn't come out until Monday. Called Mainstream. And within an hour Samo came out, diagnosed that mice chewed a hose, and he repaired the issue within 20 minutes. Weekend charge was more than reasonable and overall charge was much lower than expected. Sam was professional, polite, and worked quickly and diligently. Needless to say we are done with the other company and will use Mainstream from now on.

    He went outside and looked over the unit and found the problem. He has to order the part and come back. Also replacing the thermostat. I hate the one that us on my wall now. Nothing but a headache. Very nice guy. Took the time to explain everything. Also put notes if we needed to be accommodated with window unit if needed.

    I’ve been in my apartment since 23 May since that day I’ve had to keep the temperature at 62 to 63° in order to keep it cool in my townhouse I have never in my life had to keep it at that temperatures to keep it cool in my home. I had a huge five bedroom house and I kept it on 68° pretty much you around for electricity bills and my whole house was cool and felt comfortable. The person came out this morning and says that the HVAC system is running properly and that I need to get blackout curtains. I should not have to black out my home from the sun just to keep the inside of my townhouse, cool and bearable enough to be able to sleep at night.

    I was given a time range between 0800-10:00. The tech arrived around 0830. I love that because I didn’t have to wait around

    Care of cleaning HVAC system. Within a few minutes I was emailed a full report of my system. These guys are very polite and nice and receive texts when they are in the way.

    Always great communication upon appointment date and time. There has only been very friendly and professional techs that come out to the house. Signed up for the yearly cleaning to maintain our system. 100% recommend.
