Bad service in pluming & cooling
Don't waste your money and your time
I had a bad experience dealing with this company for almost a year
1-First, they failed to run a gas line to my brand new GE Cafe gas range in the right spot from the first time and it was a big gap between the range and the wall, so to fix this issue they had to drill another hole in the kitchen hardwood floor, finally got fixed after almost 5 visits from unprofessional technicians
2- Second, they failed to fix the upstairs A/C unit for four time with same issue , every time they come they add some Freon and leave, and no one from the beginning found out that there is a leaking and it needs to change the Coils ,
Guess what , after they change the Freon Coils the unit broke down again in the same week
So I'm done with this company and I'll call another company to come and fix The A/C issue
When the new company opened the A/C unit they found that the brand new coil is defective and leaking, see pictures attached
Thank God that The unit is still under the warranty so we ordered a new coil.
the only professional person in this company is Mrs. Wendy she is amazing person dealing with the customers on the phone
Again, Don't waste your money and your time because this company uses unprofessional technicians

Oh man where to start…first of all I experienced a 4 month nightmare with Ferrellgas for a tank for my fireplace logs. They completely screwed the pooch. Anyway I called the home builder to find out who installed the logs and they gave me Dawson & Dawson number. I phoned on Wednesday morning and Wendy set me up for the next day. Thomas came right on time and got me all hooked up. Thomas was professional, knowledgeable and super friendly. I can’t say enough about them,I had all but given up hope of having the fireplace for Christmas. I completely understand why you have a 4 star rating. I’m a customer from now on. Thank You Wendy and Thomas and Dawson & Dawson for hiring great people!

I just had my HVAC unit replaced by Dawson & Dawson today. They showed up on time and were very friendly. They installed the new unit and replaced my return ducts to include shoveling a foot of water out of the old one after another company “cleaned it”. Brett came into my house, replaced the old thermostat with a new digital one and took the time to explain its features and how to make changes. They fired the new system up and stayed around to make sure everything was working like it should. I would definitely recommend this company for any HVAC repairs and services. They are veteran friendly and had the best prices around.

Our system was improperly installed. One of the tubes fell off twice causing half our home to fail to cool or heat properly and costing us hundreds in electricity bills. It took a call to a better company and better technician to find out that tube had never been screwed in and was only barely and hastily taped on each time. This company cuts corners. Do yourself a favor and deal with someone else. I would give 0 stars if possible.

Danny was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He had the parts on his truck so the unit was fixed and he was on his way. Would definitely recommend.
