If I could give 0 stars thats what they would get. Our home was built 2016, purchased in May 2016, air conditioner has gone out 4 times in two summers. Can't get anyone to answer their phone, and obviously they keep putting "band aids" on the issue for it to continue to break down. It has leaked and ruined our ceiling costing us more money.. Would not ever recommend this company or the units they install. We called Action Air and they can come over same day and have excellent reviews!

On May 27th, my graduation date, my whole family had come into town. it was about 1pm and the air conditioner had stopped working. My mom called Dawson and Dawson and they said they would be there within the half hour. It was less than 15 minutes when the repairman, Chris, arrived. Within 10 minutes our unit was working again and Chris went on his way. This is the 3rd time we have called them for an issue and have been extremely happy with the courteous attention to our needs. Chris has came out a few times for us and we love him. Thank you Chris for saving us!

Extremely unprofessional. We built our 3,000 square foot home and had two units put in by Dawson and Dawson, and there has been nothing but issues. They didn't even last two summers. When we called to speak to them about this they were rude and extremely unprofessional. Do not waste your time there are too many other great companies out there.

They deserve less than one star! I called them on a Saturday to fix my heater. They sent the tech out that day. The tech showed up with his kid for me to entertain, which initially wasn't a gripe of mine. However, when he was "finished with the repair" he charged me a service fee of $150, which was originally quoted (when I called for service) at $75, and then of course the cost for parts. Within minutes of the tech leaving the heater quit working again. After being stood up several times the tech did finally return, but like before, the heater worked for a few minutes and cut off, and it began making a horribly loud buzzing noise after he worked on it the last time.

I messed around with them for two weeks and then called their office and spoke to Mike (owner). I told him I needed them to get back out and fix the unit or, at minimum, just refund the service fee so I could have someone else come out - my issue was that I paid for emergency service and two weeks later had no heat. Mike got really nasty, hung up the phone on me and refused to take my calls.

Later I filed a BBB complaint and a complaint with the attorney general. Their response was basically that they were peeved because my call for service was directed to their home (I cannot control how their phones are forwarded) and that I did not have to baby sit the tech's kid. I don't know what they thought would happen when the tech leaves a 5 year old kid in my house and goes outside to work on the unit. They made it out like I was the bad guy because it was unreasonable to expect the technician to find childcare over the weekend while performing emergency repairs.

I messed around for two weeks without heat, as after two trips to my house they never got it working. My only advice is to not pay them cash, and think about it - when it is freezing cold outside and no other company is available, why are they?

Mike with Dawson and Dawson came to do repair work on a Lp fireplace at my home. Service was on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Couldn't be more happy with the service. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing hvac service

They did the install on our house that we bought brand new. A can of food was left in the HVAC unit outside. When we ran the heat it smelled like dead animal in our house. We paid $600 to have the ducts cleaned out. Luckily our builder reimbursed us for that money.

HORRIBLE. They were the installers on my BRAND NEW HOME. I'm now callin them for the THIRD time in FIVE months because my upstairs unit isn't cooling. First time, the service tech was pissed because it was clearly an error by the installation team that caused a major back up on the system. Second time, it was low on freon but they made no offer or attempt to figure out WHY. Now, after about 2 months, I am having the same problem. And this time... I've called twice and NO ONE has returned me call.
I wouldn't trust them to work on an HVAC unit for a dog's house. I am now back to square one & I'm contacting the home builder to see if he can hold Dawson-Dawson accountable for the absolutely horrible job & their unwillingness to address that there is likely a bigger problem with my BRAND NEW UNIT or with it's installation.

My house was built in 2012 with Dawson contracted as the HVAC company. Since
2012 I’ve spent over 4000 dollars in HVAC repairs and had to have another company redo and fix the improperly installed duct work. DO NOT GO USE THEM!
