Hands down best heating & cooling company out there in TN. I have dealt with other two companies who did not do a great job, that was rush and never actually fixed my issue. I love that Air Essentials LLC send you info when a tech is on their way and you can track. Brett knew by just looking at my unit what the other heating / cooling company failed to do and incorrectly installed. Brett explain the issue and how he could fix it. Extremely helpful and professional. Install was smooth. Highly recommend Air Essentials LLC for heating& cooling. I won’t be going anywhere else.

Honest and helpful! This company is amazing, advised on how to adjust temperature in basement without having to have separate unit. This saved us THOUSANDS!! Hands down best HVAC company I've dealt with, & will happily only deal with them.

Our home warranty used Air essentials for a AC repair service and they did a great job. Our home was on the market to be sold and we also needed a service and inspection. We ended up calling someone that could come out the next day and that was a big mistake. We ended up emailing Air Essential TN since it was late and they quickly responded which really impressed me. The technician was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. The “issues” that the other company were wanting to fix for us were dismissed and actually not issues. Glad that we double checked after we suspected that the other company was just trying to make some extra money.

This was a great service, the individual who came to my home not only fixed my problem however took the time to explain what he was doing. Made me feel like he was a friend helping me more than a service tech just there to complete the task and move on. I will defiantly utilize this business again in hopes that all the representatives are this friendly and helpful.
