January 2023 remove defective HVAC and reinstall with new HVAC. 06/09/23 Clarksville City inspection- check for correct size breakers, making sure that the unit was sealed around the house, p-trap pipe installed. Passed

I have good service from Mainstream. The first time was in June of 2022. My A/C went out in 95% weather. I was told they were very busy but a tech as soon as possible. The tech was on site a few hours later and had the A/C back in 30 minutes.
My second request was Friday 12//23/2022. The coldest morning of the year when my heat went off. Again they said they were extreamily busy but the tech showed up within a couple of hours and reprogramed my therostat to emergency heat to get throught the cold.
The next tech came out a fews days later to follow up and brought the system back up normal. "cuddos" to Sam

Again great service. Sam K. serviced the A/C system and pointed out a possible future issue. He recommended replacement as a preventive measure. There was no hard sale as you need to do this right now!
Based on my experience so far with Mainstream and Sam K. I would the company and Sam to anyone who asked for a reference.
