Filed a claim with my home warranty people & this is who was assigned the work order. The guy that came out was very nice & diagnosed the issue quickly (6/9). Said he’d speak with the insurance people & callback ti setup the appointment. It’s now 6/19 & I still haven’t heard anything so I call them & was informed that they still haven’t heard back from the home warranty people & would call me back once they do. Fast forward to 6/26 & I call my home warranty people about it because I still haven’t heard anything & it’s because they closed the case out. They closed the ticket out on 6/19 which is the day I called to check the status. She could have easily told me this but she didn’t & now the issue has gotten worse. We’re having 90+ degree weather now & my ac is messed up. Would have been able to get someone out here sooner if they had just told me what was really going on. Thanks for you’re help.

Fletcher was assigned as my service provider by my home warranty company. They contacted me first thing in the morning after I entered the claim at 7pm. Availability was quick and the repair was amazing. The technician knew exactly what was wrong and we had a fix in less than an hour and a cool house in no time. So many negative reviews are really the fault of the warranty companies and the hoops they make you jump through. Not the service provider. I feel sure that Fletcher would go the extra mile and do everything quick and efficiently BASED ON what the warranty company will allow them to do. I would recommend them highly!

Fletcher came out to our home in April 2023 because our home warranty assigned them to fix our unit. They came out initially and said a part needed to be replaced, they ordered the part, and came to replace it. The a/c worked again for less than 24 hours. We contacted the warranty company and they dispatched Fletcher to our home again. They replaced yet another part but before even leaving our home the a/c already was not working. We scheduled a third visit and this time they told us our system was so bad off (8yrs old) that it needed a full replacement and they would send the info off to our home warranty company and it should take a few days. After a week I contacted the home warranty company to see what the hold up was and they said they never received any information stating we needed a new unit, they placed me on hold and called Fletcher themselves and Fletcher told them they didn’t know what we were talking about. I then called Fletcher myself and they stuck to the fact they had no idea what I was talking about. An hour later they called me back and said there was a mix up and our unit does indeed need to be replaced and they would put it in with our warranty company and it should only take 24-48 hours for approval to purchase the new unit. The next morning our warranty company called us to tell me that Fletcher has decided to drop us as a customer and they will be reassigning the work to another dispatcher which would only drag this process out further. At this point we had been dealing with Fletcher for 6 weeks. They have reassigned the job to two other contractors in Clarksville who refuse to come complete the work because of Fletchers reputation and won’t work behind them. We just got a new contractor out yesterday and as soon as they saw our unit they let us know all of our copper piping is missing from our unit. Fletcher is thieves and crooks, stay away from this company!

They are liers, you never do business with them!!! I have an A/C unit going to be fix and they said they were going to replace one of the part, supposed it was ordered already and it was going to take 2 months to get with them... When I called them after 4 months they said that the part was never order because they fixed welding the A/C unit and they never inform me... they lie and they charge tons of money to the insurance company by not fixing well done the A/C.

I had Fletcher Heating and Air come to my house to troubleshoot my ac unit this pass summer throught my home warranty company .They did an awful job and lie to the home warranty company to get around not fixing my unit correctly.
When Fletcher heating and air thoubleshoot my ac unit, they told me that my air handler's evap coil was bad. They came back a month later and replace it, but unfortunately 3 weeks later i had the same problem.
I call back Fletcher Heating and Air several times to come back and when they did, their hvac tech said it was actually a condenser coil. To get around it they told my home warranty company i was rude to their ac tech and they could not work with me anymore, leaving me stuck during the summer heat.
I told Fletcher Heating and Air i was gonna give them a bad review and they had the owner(Jason)call me and try convincing me that they never said anything to my home warranty company. During the call he never mention or said anything about making it right and fixing my unit correctly.
Luckily for me the home warranty company sent over Air Essentials and they did a pressurize test and found a freon leak on the unit condenser. So there i was again paying for something that Fletcher didn't troubleshoot correctly. Air Essentials also found the Fletcher Heating and Air did not install the Air Handler correctly to HVAC specs.
In total i wasted over $2000.00 Thanks to Fletcher air and heating!!!!
I would not trust or recommend Fletcher Heating and Air to anyone.

Second floor AC unit kept leaking coolant leading to hot air being pushed out into our baby rooms. They were always prompt coming out and trying to fix the problem. We finally decided to just replace the unit altogether and they made it quick and seamless. Would recommend.

Poor customer service.
The owner was polite and knowledgeable. However, when calling the main office (after a week with no A/C) and asking what our options are to get some relief due to the heat, they were very rude and did not provide any options. Simply that we had to wait for the part to come in. I understand this, but when you have a one year old...waiting is not an option.
I called a different HVAC company, they came out the same day and installed a window A/C unit (on them) to get some relief ASAP. We were so pleased with their customer service, that we decided to purchase two new A/C units through them. They installed them the very next day.

Two trips out. First time they were late and lied about the problem with unit. Second time the incompetent guy was a NO SHOW. Then third time, he was here for 15 minutes and left. Neither of these "techs" fixed the problem and continue to tell us the "unit works good enough for it's age." It's not even 10 years old and it barely cools. American Home Shield is their master. Another scam company that refuses to correctly diagnose and fix systems properly. We'll hire a real pro company and pay them to replace the bad compressor.

Having ongoing issues with my AC during a heat wave the tech arrive on time (3 times now) and worked through everything to fix the issue while explaining what he had to do. Justice is a top tier pro, compassion, cares about his work and his customers. Unfortunately the issue is not fixed so I'm sure we will be seeing him again soon.

If your looking for a business that provides great quality of service. I definitely recommend Fletcher heating and air. The serviceman arrived on time, was detailed in explaining what was wrong with my Central AC and even recommended things to make sure my unit last longer. I was so pleased that I even purchased the unit cleaning deal. Unlike other services in the past this business was over the top and dependable.
