Fletcher heating and air

The day I called a technician came out to my
house. When he diagnosed the issue he made sure to bring me out to see what was wrong. He discussed my options with me, including pricing. When we decided to go with a new unit, I was put on the schedule for the next day. The company came out and had the old unit out and the new one in within three hours. We are now warm and couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them.

Fletcher heating and Air was fast, honest , and fairly priced. I have two rental properties that have AC problems from time to time, so i have become more experienced with the issues. Most repairs require coolant (which is expensive), so rather than take the first referral my warranty company referred me to, I called around and Fletcher was fairly priced compared to others. My home warranty company normally refers me to Greenway (who has provided poor service on multiple occasions), so I had them assign me to Fletcher this time. Fletcher was fast and professional. I will be calling Fletcher going forward. Thanks Fletcher heating and air team!

Poor service, did nothing and then sent a service receipt on my email and signed my name. That's against the law. What a flake of a company. I don't sign my name with a slanted line. They haven't heard the last of this.

The BEST experience ! - Had contacted AHS for a problem I was having for the last 2-3 days. Was given a work order, for Fletcher Heating & Air - (later today and this weekend a Winter Advisory was issued) So, I anticipated may be the following week to have a service /inspection completed, with the weekend coming later- but . . . Fletcher Heating & Cooling called me (within 5 minutes and asked if TODAY (Friday March 11, 2022) was good ? And set up the appointment for 1-3 PM- FANTASTIC
And was given a call about 30 minutes before to advice me, of expected time.
SUPER efficient and courteous - and ON time !
They (Jason Cropf, and his technician arrived) inspected the issue, diagnosed the problem, and actually had the part (exact) on their truck, replaced it, put the panels back on, after the install, and completed in LESS than 30 minutes !
So happy we have HEAT !m and restored with efficiency, TODAY ! So impressed and WILL recommend them HIGHLY ! Super FAIR, Courteous, Professional, and EXCELLENT, beyond happy and satisfied, Thank YOU, for allowing us to have HEAT, and a very satisfied customer, David

The team at Fletcher has been very helpful. They installed a new unit and have been very responsive during and after the install. They know their stuff.

We had this company come out to check out heating/AC unit and we were told it needed a part they had to order. After 3 months of going back and forth on the phone with the technician I call the office and was told the issue was now closed because they were not doing heating repair anymore and my $75 insurance fee was Not their concern. The worst customer service I've had in years

I had this scheduled for Saturday between 12-2 and the technician called as he was across the railroad tracks very close to my condo. He did not call back and did not show and he told the company that I was not home, which was not the case. He also told the company I was rude to him, which is also not the case as I have text messages to prove this. DO NOT USE!!!

Horrible service did more damage then repair. Attempted to get repairs completed and owner ignored my calls and AHS requests.

Jason, the owner, was phenomenal. I really appreciated getting to know him and he fixed the problem immediately.
