Proctor & Graves Service Company

Proctor & Graves is the best heating & cooling company I've worked with in Nashville. They are honest, quick, and reasonably priced. I had an old unit replaced with a ductless unit in our sunroom and they did a phenomenal job. I definitely plan to hire them going forward and will recommend to friends.

They repaired a problem with our HVAC's dampers and zones quickly and relatively inexpensively. They brought 2 people to the house so that one could be under the house where the HVAC & dampers were and the other could be in the house using the thermostats to turn on and off different zones. I was pleased with the quickness of their response as well. I contacted four HVAC companies on a Monday, P&G were the only ones to even get back to me. They came out to assess it on a Wed and fixed it all that same day.

Aaron & his crew member were very professional and did a great job replacing the 10yr old water heater. He explained the aged issue with the valve leak causing the higher water bill and they completed the job within a few hours cleaning up everywhere behind them on exit as well. I would recommend using this company for any Plumbing needs.

You guys serviced my HVAC systems and flushed my tankless water heater. David, Cody and Aaron (and his helper) were fantastic! They were polite, professional and did a very thorough job. Amazing experience with P&G Service today. My water heater busted late last night and was worried about how long I would not have hot water. I called and spoke to Jerrod Waffird first thing, told him the issue and he was able to be at my house within the hour to provide me a proposal. Got lucky and they had an opening this morning, I had both technicians at my house within 30 min to remove, install and have me up and running before lunch! The P&G team are very professional and helpful and I personally recommend their services.

Recently, I chose to purchase an American Standard Dual Fuel System. The installation was flawless and beautifully performed. Now, I am enjoying the peace of mind knowing that these folk are truly experts in their field plus extremely caring for their customer's concerns!

The team at P&G is great. They came out and provided a few options on how to solve heating/cooling issues in our bonus room. We went with a damper system and with an install time of less than one day our bonus room is now livable.

Had a great experience yesterday and today. Yesterday I had furnace and hvac checked and the gentleman was very polite and gave me some advice on a thermostat I’m going to install. Today Henry looked at my water heater was honest and we figured out it was sentiment instead of trying to get me to buy a new unit. Couldn’t be happier that I chose proctor and graves.

My wife and I were in need of some plumbing services. Being first time homebuyers, we weren't sure who to go with but my wife went straight to Google and found Proctor & Graves. We were immediately drawn to the 5 star rating and the convenience of being located in the Mount Juliet area. Ben Deane showed up and we were highly satisfied with his services. Not only did he do an awesome job, but he gave us valuable information as well. We will definitely use them again in the future.
