I recently purchased a house that was/is in need of several unknown repairs I've come to find out. All the sudden while using my garbage disposal...water started backing up in both sides of the sink THEN HERE WATER STARTS GUSHING OUT OF THE WASHER!! In desperation..I called and left messages at 3 separate Plumbing companies!! LEE'S COMPANY was the ONLY COMPANY TO CALL ME BACK! The other 2 have yet to return my desperate message. FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE TECHNICIAN, CLIFF the overwhelming feeling began to melt. CLIFF, my TECHNICIAN came that evening, he called from Lebanon, in a very pleasant voice telling me he was on his way. When he got here he checked all my places of concern and made me aware of one that was detrimental to the actual foundation of my home! He was very kind even with me asking a million questions! The repairs couldn't be done completely until Monday morning but as soon as Monday was here, so was he!! Within an hour of being here he had my house working again! YAY CLIFF!! The cost was lower than what he estimated which was awesome too!! The most important things to me was his kindness towards me, answered every question I asked him, was here when he said he would be and didn't try to do ANYTHING unnecessary. I feel I made a new friend and I KNOW I FOUND WHO I WILL CONTACT AGAIN!! Thank you so very much!
I was told my unit use unrepairable and needed to be replaced. I got a second opinion from a small business and he gave me a different diagnosis. It was my Start capacitor and not the list of issues the Lee technician originally gave me. For this reason I give the Lee company a low rating for not being honest. Instead of getting a repairman, I got a salesman.
Our customer service repairman was a professional and polite repairman. He explained what happened and helped us to understand what to look for in case it happens again. I definitely recommend. I will be requesting him everytime we need help.
Lee company always has polite and competent folks to come out. I’m always impressed! They can do any handyman type tasks you need too. Tyree Bolyjack came out and was excellent.
I had an electrical inspection scheduled on 31 July 2020 and I got a no show. I called Lee Company Nashville office and ask them what happen to my inspection appointment. The lady that answered told me it got rescheduled later in August. I told her I didn't reschedule it so it must have been the inspector that did it without calling me. So I wasted a whole Friday waiting on the inspector. Terrible customer service and very disappointing.
The Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed the problem quickly and got our heat back on line. A part was ordered and we were told we would be contacted as soon as the part is available for install.
From the first person that answered the phone to the follow up call when the work was completed they were all professional, knowledgeable, patient, concerned, and efficient. I have absolutely nothing to say that wasn't anything but close to perfect. I can't imagine calling anyone else for repairs or work they handle .
They did a great job. The guy was very friendly and professional. And the person that scheduled the service call was very helpful and got someone out to the house that day. I am very happy with their service!
Was very thankful for the 3 man crew that Lee Company assigned to our gas leak. They were very thorough in locating the small gas leak in our home. Very appreciative of the time they spent.
