REALLY GLAD DIDNT USED THEM FOR SERVICE!!!!!!!Guy Sean came out and we were charged 45 dollar. They wanted us to spend on the camera through the main sewer. He said we probably need to repipe the house. He gave a rough estimate of 3500.Then he called a service manger he said it would be 5500, A project manager(cliff) came the next day and said 7500. I decided to look into it closer myself. I dug and followed the pipe to realize it wasn't even connected to the main sewer. (The camera wouldn't have caught that as he just wanted to look at the main sewer.) I called another plumbing company to come put new pipe on to tie it in. It cost me $340. I'm really glad I decided to do more looking before spending $7500.
Lee Company has done a great job maintaining our HVAC system for the past couple of years. They have also had to do some repairs and reworks of poor installation from a previous contractor. My house stays at the exact temp I want every day of the year.
Great service, the electrician was courteous, very knowledgeable and completed the install in the time he estimated. The cost was reasonable and less than another company. I was so pleased that I enrolled in their service plan. Highly recommend.
We added an outside light by our bedroom door. Job was less than what was quoted. Technician explained what the job might consist of based on all possible scenarios. Technician called to request if he can come by an hour earlier. Very honest with outstanding integrity. He spoke not in technical jargon, but used a method we understood perfectly. He looked us directly in the eye with confidence, said what he was going to do and did it.
Well, Lee Company always has top level customer service. However, this particular visit was frustrating because it was completely avoidable. We had a new unit installed during the late summer, and the first time we turned the heat this winter on that unit, the heat didn’t work. The technician came out and said that unit control panel simply wasn’t set up correctly. He fixed it, and it was covered by warranty but the hassle and worry of the heat working was completely avoidable. I am glad the system is working now, but I wish the work had been installed correctly on the front end.
My husband and I love lee Company, they have the most professional people working for there company ever. They are courtious, kind, and carring and truthful They come to your home , they do what's needed , walk you through what they are doing and don't mind you following them around. Before they leave they make sure you are satisfied with the service. We have been with Lee for a very long time , we would not be with any other company, thanks Lee for being such a great company and taking care of us.

Many businesses would have taken advantage of the fact she is alone, 80 years old with a very old unit. He said it was very old, but working fine for now! What an awesome guy.
Fast, friendly and affordable. Jon was fantastic. Quick to respond to calls, highly knowledgeable, etc. We always have a hard time finding service people and companies in Mt. Juliet for some reason, but I know I'll be calling Lee Company if we ever need their services again.
We had company coming and after pouring drano down our tub wouldn't drain. I waited for my husband to get off and he couldn't get it unclogged either so we had to call the emergency 24 hr number. They had to come all the way from Franklin. The man was so nice and fixed the problem in no time. Price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend them!!
