They were able to fix my plumbing needs on the same day. TJ was a true expert and communicated everything I needed to know. In addition, they have a home maintenance plan that seems to be of great value. I will be signing up shortly.

I have used Lee Company for years. They are prompt, professional, and considerate. My Plumber, Tom Doss, was excellent!

Did a great job, very clean installation. Completed it within time they had projected. Kept me advised of progress throughout the day. Very friendly and knowledgeable technicians. Excellent job cleanup afterwards. Came back next day with a vent that was wrong size.. Completely satisfied .

I called afterhours and paid $179 for the tech to tell me to put dawn dish soap in my toilets and let it set over night. But the proceed to tell me that the clog had somehow fixed itself before he arrived. Just because the toilet worked when he flused it. I woke up to sewage in my bathtub's, sink's, and toilets. I called back and they sent out Shawn Nelson who was wonderful very professional and experienced. I ended up getting my septic pumped by another company because we couldn't be sure there was a clog in the pipes. They kept telling me they wouldntake the $179 off of whatever services I would get, but they don't pump out your septic tank so therefore I never got anymore service's from them, and I didn't get my $179 back.

Lee Company is always great to work with. The folks in the Mt Juliet office go over and above to ensure that customers are taken care of. Bobby Belt is one of the best.

James gave us an estimate for adding a second thermostat. His work was professional, complete, and easily understood.

Lee Company was awesome! Appointment scheduled via we chat for a semi-emergency and they had someone here in no time. Cameron was amazing...found the issue quickly, gave several options and opinions, and got the repair done in no time. He was also very friendly and had a good conversation with him. VERY reasonably priced and VERY professional. I will definitely be a return customer!

The 2 young men were polite and courteous. They also took before and after photo's of work that was done. Lee Company has never let us down.

Very disappointed! I have been paying monthly to get yearly checkups through lee company for several years now. Why? No benefit when services are done! Just paid an astronomical amount to replace a very inexpensive part that took about 15 minutes. Never received a receipt even after requesting one!! Manager not helpful!! This is not how you keep your customers happy. Do not recommend.

Lee Company does great work. But they tend to be a little more pricey on their services. I like having chat in their website. And their payment options are fine. Every service tech I've had has been fabulous. There doesn't seem to be any kind of discounts they should offer, unless the company doesn't offer that up front.
