Came home to a very hot house. I called R&B and Brad was out to check the AC unit within 2-3 hours. He fixed it quickly and got us back up and running and less sweaty. We signed up for the maintenance plan and look forward to future service! Thank you for the fast response time!

Billy was able to come within hours of calling to help us fix the ac during this scorching heat in Charlotte. He was able to squeeze us in earlier than we thought and explained our options clearly to me. He fixed it within a half hour and he was on his way. Very nice man with great customer service. Been using R&B for 2 years now and have been completely happy with them. Honest, prompt, and courtious when you have an appointment with them. Just got my heat inspected by Billy and was very happy with him. Checked both units promptly and explained everything to me. No hidden "issues" either. He'll be back in the spring to check the AC as well. Highly recommend these guys!

I can't say enough good things about this family-owned company! I interviewed quite a few HVAC contractors, but first impressions of Russell (the owner) and his son, Jimmy were extremely positive. They listened carefully to all my needs, recommended solutions that would fit within my budget, and helped me sort out and make sense of things I'd heard from other contractors. But the best was yet to come! The installers, Daniel and Steven, were the kind of contractors you want on every job! They arrived each of the 3 days when they said they would, worked diligently and tirelessly until the project was completed, were upbeat, positive, polite and professional at all times, and answered every question I had. But they also went the extra mile. I needed help with moving a few heavy boxes and a table into my car. They didn't hesitate to offer help! I wish I had many more projects with these men -- they have a "can do" attitude, are competent, capable, and just a delight to be around! I wish this company much success in the years to come...they've earned it in my book!

Jimmy is the man!! We had an odd odor in our home and was extremely worried it was natural gas. R&B Climate sent Jimmy out immediately. He checked out everything with precision and even pointed out other things that could be addressed to improve our HVAC system. Very pleased with this company and their level of customer service.
