John did a great job! He has come out twice to check and/or fix our HVAC system and was quick and professional!

I was in the position of having to have an evaporator coil replaced due to poor manufacturer quality. I must point out that Brad C. did a phenomenal job in accessing and explaining the problem. He contacted the manufacturer and scheduled the follow up appointment to have the coil replaced.

Two months later, I had another problem with the A/C not blowing cold air. R&B was able to schedule and send a technician out on the same day. Sure enough it was Brad who came out. He again did an excellent job not only diagnosing the problem but also fixing it on the spot.

No one wants to have to deal with a non functioning A/C unit. That being said, in my two interactions I never once felt ripped off. They have my blessing for what it's worth.

Great company with great employees. I don’t write reviews ever but Matthew HVAC Svc Tech and Daniel HVAC Install tech were top notch! Daniel installed a brand new upstairs unit and Matthew quickly diagnosed and repaired an issue for our other unit. I’d recommend R&B to anyone that needs service; repair or new systems. No BS with these guys and very professional. I don’t know where they find these guys but whatever R&B is doing please keep it up!

Eric and Witt from R&B Climate Control did a great job repairing my air conditioner! A part under manufacturers warranty needed to be ordered to complete the repair. They ordered it, followed up, and installed it as promised. I would highly recommend them as they were very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive! Overall great experience!

We've used R&B Climate Control in the past and have been more than happy with their service, rates, and responsiveness! Recently, we contacted them for Spring Lawn Care and Cleaning. Their response time was immediate (while others we contacted have STILL not responded to our initial request). Jimmy came out the afternoon of the day I called to inquire about Our AC function. Jimmy went In the attic to examine the duct work and air exchange vents and then explained why we were having difficulty with cool air distribution in our home. He was very patient while explaining and answering our many questions.
He gave us options as possible solutions. We decided to install a dual system and add another air exchange vent.
Daniel and Steven came out to do the installation which was a full day job. They were friendly and professional. They stayed on task except for a lunch break and used protective cover on carpeted areas and left everything spotless when the job was done.

We really appreciate Jimmy, Daniel, and Steven as well as their phone receptionist who all had a part in making our home comfortable! I would definitely recommend them to anyone with A/C concerns!😎

R & B has been very responsive when we had issues with our HVAC systems. We have an annual maintenance agreement with R & B, so they are here at least twice a year for unit check ups to keep our four units running smoothly. The techs who come to our house are very helpful and professional. We can highly recommend R & B to other households.

Daniel K. and Josh R. came out to put in duct work and a receiver in our house that never had them put in during our initial renovation. They were SO professional and polite. My dad is a handful due to his alzheimers and they were so accommodating and understanding to our situation. They also didn't mind the 3 dogs we had, one of which was always nosey while they worked.

They went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful! Definitely use R&B and be thrilled if Daniel amd Josh pull up to your home!
