Came out on Friday somewhat last minute for a broken hvac. Because it was cold out they provided space heaters for my house until they were able to get the unit in. All the guys were super friendly and explained everything / answered all my questions. The lady who answered the phone when I originally called was super nice as well. They showed up on time on the day of the install and were extremely efficient. I’d definitely recommend.

The Tech John was absolutely great but giving it a one star based on the price, it was outrageous.

Brad Crider is an excellent technician. Fixed all my issues and gave me a fair price on new furnace and ac units.

R&B installed a new HVAC system for me. The entire experience was exceptional. They were on time, polite, friendly and very professional. My carpets were covered to keep from getting anything on them. When they finished, the clean up was so well done, it was like they were never here! As an added bonus, my power bill has decreased significantly. Several of my neighbors needed new A/C systems, and I referred them to R&B. I highly recommend them for any work you need done.
