R&B Climate Control LLC

We use R&B for all our heat and A/C needs. Brad came today for our semi annual check up. As always, they are prompt, reliable and knowledgeable.

Brad came by today and serviced our AC. He was very very helpful. He explained everything to me and made sure I understood how things worked. We decided to go with his recommendations and complete the repairs he had listed because of the time he was willing to take explaining everything to us. Tell Brad I hope his elbow feels better and I'm so sorry about the fan :). We will ask for Brad in the future. Thanks so much!

Just had our entire A/C system replaced by R&B Climate Control. Brad came out the first time to diagnose the problem. Very thorough and honest. Never tried to upsell. Ron did the install and kept me informed the entire time. After everything was installed they cleaned up behind themselves. Professional from the phone call to the techs. I'm glad I found R&B Climate Control. Keep it going!

Landscaping- Chase came and moved 4 bushes from the rear of my home to the front mulch bed. He did an awesome job even while I was at work. He even called me to make sure the work he did was what I wanted. Top notch service at a great price. Keep it going R&B!

Update 6-8-22 We had Brad come out for our biannual service. Great as always. Our thermostat wasn't reading the temp properly and he found a minor adjustment in our unit and fixed it as well as making sure everything was OK. Cleaned our outside unit and took his time to make sure everything was right. Keep up the good work.

Brad is awesome! Always very responsive and very knowledgeable. He can always answer my questions. Highly recommend him.

Chase’s customer service was great. Very knowledgeable and provided recommendations on dethaching services. I just wasn’t satisfied with the aeration service. I had to go back inside to jump on a call so they were done before I could review the work. Looks like only one run was made up and down the yard with the aerator and I was expecting more plug holes. The guy I normally use was overbooked and couldn’t get me in his schedule so I had to find someone else. I am used to having more plug holes in my lawn for overseeing. I do my own seeding and fertilizing. Just need good aeration.

This company showed no regard for property. They tossed my pavers around. Threw them on our flower and removed landscaping lights when they did not need to. They tossed dirt over mulch. Too lazy to move hose and laid gas’s pipe over it. They placed piping over the wiring of the landscape lighting. They were not even close to professional.

We had R&B install a complete new system to replace the builder grade system. They spent several hours trying to fix the old unit, even left and came back at 5pm Sunday to put in a temp motor so the girls had cool air to sleep that night. When we realized that a new system was needed they came back and installed a complete new system. I am confident that this will last years and R&B will continue to service it. Great job.

We had an issue with our HVAC unit and were concerned with the bad weather/cold weather coming. We made a call to R&B Climate and they had 2 technicians out within an hour on a late Saturday evening. They were able to fix all the issues and ensure that we had heat before they left. Jimmy and Whitt were extremely professional and explained everything in full detail. My wife and I are very impressed and very thankful!

Justin L. is very knowledgeable and patient. He thoroughly explains the problem, explains our options, and provides excellent customer service. We are very appreciative of the work he has done on our unit and his expertise.

R&B Climate Control has helped us in a pinch and their customer service is top notch!

I want to say thank you and express gratitude to the Matthew Klara for the professionalism, patience and willingness to stay and get the issue fixed before leaving. I was originally scheduled for the weekend, but they were willing to drop by at the end of the day on a Friday late evening and finish the job once they diagnosed the issue. I'm so glad to have chosen R&B Climate control as the firm in 2019 to get my HVAC system replaced and will recommend without any reservation to my friends around the Charlotte area.
