Would highly recommend R&B Climate Control organization to service your heating and cooling needs. We have been customers the past two years and are very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism of Brad, our service technician. Brad always takes the time to explain the work tasks he is performing and why he is doing the work. Brad also provides preventative recommendations so that we can perhaps avoid major heating or cooling outages when our home systems are put to heavy usage. A very fine organization with outstanding staff!

On two separate occasions, I requested help from R&B for yard trimming and weed control on a gravel driveway.. Both services were performed by Chase Worley & Co. An excellent job was done & I am very pleased with the results. Prompt, courteous service by all of the R&B team! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of service. I dont have enough great things to say about this company. Ron Grant and his team were amazing,. I am remodeling a home in Indian Land and I was lucky enough to find R&B after calling other AC companys. Ron and his team came in, worked their butts off and got the job done and im so excited about my new ac unit. The price was right and the workmanship was excellent. I felt very comfortable right from the start and I knew these were the right guys for the job. R&B, you just gained a customer for life! Keep up the great work!

Outstanding workmanship. I had a new A/C and heater installed. My crawl space is very tight and Daniel took the time to ensure everything was done very professionally. They were on time, offered an excellent price, and stayed until I was 💯% satisfied. The owner stoped by and answers all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the entire system. They are my HVAC company for life now!

This company is A+. We just moved here from California, their tech came out reviewed our system and made recommendations. New system installed in the same week. My husband and I woke up one morning to the house being extremely hot . I call R&B because they had installed our air conditioner and had done a outstanding job. I set up an appointment for later that day only to end up at the hospital with my husband. Our service tech went ahead and came out and fix it while I was at the hospital with my husband. they have always done a great job for us and it was nice coming home that night to a cool house.

Jimmy arrived within an hour after I called. He was very friendly and professional and explained everything so that I understood exactly what the problem had been. The repair was also MUCH more affordable than what I was expecting. They will get my business in the future, and I would definitely recommend them for all of your HVAC repair needs!
