Heat pump went out at 9pm and I called them for the repairs,there a 24 hour service. There technician sent me a text that he was on his way in about 30 minutes. Showed up on time and made the repairs. Great company.

Mathew was very helpful, punctual, and professional. Solved our AC issue and made sure everything else was okay with our HVAC system.

Brad always does a great job & is very knowledgeable about the equipment. Doesn't try to push unnecessary repairs like my former HVAC service company.
I have been a happy customer of R&B since 2015.

The company I was using was purchased by a larger hvac company. I wanted to use a local business and these folks had positive reviews from some of my neighbors. This is my 2nd year with them and I would highly recommend.

I had my bi-annual maintenance visit today. The technician, John Steele, let me know when he was 30 minutes away and he arrived early as well which was nice. He was very thorough/professional. Always a great experience with R&B Climate!

WOW!! I just called to make an appointment to get my AC fixed that just went out last night during this crazy heat wave we are experiencing. The rep was so nice and informative. They are coming out TONIGHT!!! It is 2:30pm now to put that into perspective. I am so impressed and so glad my co worker recommended this company. Already 5 star service :)
UPDATE- it is 6:30 and Brad came over and hooked me up. There was a switch thing that needed to be replaced and cleaned out the pipe. He was knowledgeable, personable, and down to earth. If he was not working I would have asked him to stay for a beer kind of person. Thoroughly impressed and have already bragged about the service to 2 of my friends. From the time of my call to the time my air was working was about 4 hours. Yall my home warranty hasn't even gotten back to me and I made the claim at 7:30 this morning. 100% recommended!!!

We work frequently with R&B for our gas line needs, amazing company, great people, organized and on time, just great overall!

Had an issue on Xmas eve. No heat. Matthew came out the same day earlier than we thought and saved our Xmas. Nice man and very informative. Would welcome him anytime

Recommended by our neighbors. We loved that they were available same day for an after-hours, no AC emergency. We were able to get the repair done and we signed up for annual maintenance program, as well. This saved us money on this visit and for future visits and preventative maintenance. Matthew was also informative about what we could expect for the future of our unit. Communication was great all around, as well.
